Very poor service, we have a new born and needed gas the female attendant shut off the fuel while i was refueling our vehical in sub zero degree nite. I porposly left vehical running due to our 2 week old baby.

Don't go to this gas station if you don't want to haul your children out of the car. Their pump printers never seem to be working. Then when you do go inside the help is never friendly.

Check the expiration date on your food before buying! I didn't think I'd have to check everything, I just assumed they pull expired food. Bought pork rinds and beef jerkey. The pork rinds were a month expired and the beef jerkey was several months expired! It was rock hard.

Stopped in for some snacks on our way through the area around 10pm on 7/23/22. When we approached the register to make our purchases the employee at the register began complaining to us about customers wearing masks and also making transphoic remarks about a fellow employee. Made for a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience.

My wife got a car wash here today 11.55$ and the car wash did absolutely nothing! There were a ton of bugs on the hood and lots of dirt by the back bummer of the car! I called for a refund or a another wash and the manager was rude and unprofessional! I will not be coming back!

Girl who works at night in constantly on her cell phone and is super rude. She acts like you’re bothering her by asking her to do her job. I used to come here all the time but now I avoid at all cost because they just let employees do and treat customers however they want.

Car wash asks to many questions and reward for game play not worth time. Car wash out commission to often with no offer another option when down? Coupon for another shell would be good.

The people always remember me. They are so kind and helpful when I have trouble with a certain pump. The ONLY gas I put in my cars is shell. When we travel I try to make sure that there's Shell stations and if there's not any in that state than I call Shell and ask them what would be comparable to a Shell station and it's fuel.

ACTIVE SKIMMER ALERT!!! just saw a guy wearing a hoodie and mask with a small hand held back pack using a skimmer type device using the atm right after other people . think he is camped out in the bathroom or a back room, but he comes out and uses atm right after other people use the atm and leave.

The downhill spiral has bottomed out. I've become accustomed to no receipt at the pump, no breakfast sandwiches ready, etc., but no coffee available at 5:50AM. Seriously? Can't wait for Kwik Trip to open.

Me and my fiancé are homeless and we stay in Walmart parking lot in our suv……anyways we would go in there to use the bathroom and I just got told if I want to use the bathroom that I have to be a paying customer. That’s horrible.

Brittany the new manager needs to go. I heard all there staff talking about how she just sits in the back and dose nothing. The reason I’m saying that is because I wanted to talk to a manager about a pricing difference and she would not give me the time of day and from what the staff saids I agree. A manager should be a leader and make sure staff is happy and from what I saw and the way she was talking to me she’s needs to go.lost my company’s business that’s for sure.

Either fix the middle registers card reader or use the other two registers that don't have problems with their card readers. Seemingly every time I come here the cashier is behind the least reliable of the 3 registers/card readers. Other than that, great place.

Just got back from this station. Hoping the manager sees this as well. I was there around 6:45PM (07/14/21) and ran inside to also grab some Coca-Cola. As I got up to the register to check out the young girl who was the cashier was on her cell phone with a personal call. Never said hi to me or made eye contact, she was legitimately complaining about her boss. She quotebher conversation, she was saying "She was wondering if she wasn't a good manager so I said we're just not used to you yet." Not sure if she was talking about this job or not. Total came to $5.79, I handed her two $5 bills and she gave me back four $1 bills and a penny. Clearly she was too busy with her phone call to do math. I was never offered a bag for the sodas or had a word said to me. Thanks for the experience.

I was in there earlier this week and the cashier had a camera app on her phone open that was facing my debit card as I was holding it out and then facing the screen as my card was being processed for payment. Then she looked so concerned and confused when i asked for a receipt. I don't feel safe knowing that employees are allowed to use their phones when people's personal information and card information can be easily obtained by their cameras. I left an email for someone to respond to the same day of the incident and no one has responded.good to know they care about customers

Can't use HyVee rewards at the pump. Guy said my Alt ID made the pump try and call the store, I stood there "waiting for cashier" and nothing. Went inside and he said he fixed it. It let me pump then but charged me full price and didn't use the Fuel Rewards

With a Kwik trip right down the road this place has completely given up and wants to do nothing to try and compete with the competition. I went for a carwash and I am beyond disappointed in how this place has gone down hill. They have only 1 lane open even though there's 2 kiosks. The wash bay was dirty. The foam polishers in the bay were filthy. I don't think the vacuums work anymore because it snowed that morning and nothing was cleaned or shoveled out and no tire tracks by any of them. The sad thing is shell and True North don't care, you see it in every canned response to a review that's left. Sad how they came into town and just let all their stores go to pot.
