Been going there for years,was treated very rude by the "gentleman " at the counter,in fact he was rude to everyone. Apparently costumer service is not for him!!!Not the usual service I've experienced there.

Low Class - Witnessed harassment in their parking lot. Attendant came out and asked innocent party to leave but not offending party. Disgusting. Pass this one up and go a couple more blocks to BP.

Typical for Shell gas station offering a car wash. Convenient location and next a oil change service center and across from a McDonald's and a drug store making it accessible.

Don’t buy chew here. My can they gave me was over a year expired and I tried to bring it back after opening it later. The manager lady basically told me I was lying. Today I bout 2 more thinking I’ll give it another chance but that was the wrong move. Both of them were a month and a half expired, won’t return. Especially after being told I was lying. Piss poor service.

Old man working the register was beyond incompetent and awfully rude. Gas is always at least 5¢ more expensive than the BP down the block. Not worth the “rewards” Go elsewhere for convenience store needs.

Says there open till midnight. Went there to fill up and grab a few things from inside. The cashier inside turned the lights off and waved me away saying there closed. Went up the road to kwick trip and on my way back home he turned all the nights back on with the open sign. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Clearly trying to wait it out until midnight and not take any more customers. Will only go to BP or kwick trips from now on. Lost my business

I don't recommend utilizing the car wash at the Shell station (Velp and Glendale). The car wash to the left, closer to the store, left a lot of soap on my vehicle. I went in to provide feedback and suggest they get it fixed. Instead, they gave me a code for another one and told me to drive slowly. The driving speed has nothing to do with getting it rinsed thoroughly as the sprayers aren't functioning as you leave.

1st time stopping here. Very clean and organized store, especially the coffee counter, they can also be proud of their bathrooms! The man behind the counter was really nice and even funny. They had all the stuff you might need for a quick stop on a road trip, overall a really nice place.

The older Gentleman working during the evening on 1/31/2026 is beyond rude. He was on the phone during my checkout and he didn't greet me just asked what I wanted. I prepaid for gas and had an issue where pump 2s sensor didn't work correctly and it overflowed my gas tank. So when I came in to let him know so it could be cleaned up because it is a safety hazard to just leave it. He immediately blamed me and lectured me on how I should have watched it. But, I'm sorry when the sensor isn't working correctly and it fills so much that it gushes out of the tank it, it is not my fault. He is the face of the company on a day to day basis. His behavior has made it so that I will not be returning to spend my money here.
