I've been going here 20+ years, the attendants are always way cool, and nice...but lately, ALWAYS bums asking for change 24-7... and the air machine has NOT worked in over 5 months! C'mon Shell, get with the program!!!!

I stop here often because it's convenient. Pumps are often defaced and graffitied... hard to read. Personnel not particularly concerned. Prices are high, but it's located at a freeway exit.

I didn’t even want to give 1 star. I got gas and asked where the air was. Roxann said she would turn the air on. I went out there and it kept taking air out of my tire. First of all I’m a 70 yr old woman that is handicap. I tried 3 different times and the air kept coming out of my tire. I was out there a long time. Roxann could see me from the station. It was cold and windy. I walked clear back in and she said I can’t help you but I’ll turn it on again. I said I thought you had it on. I was almost in tears. I hate to ask strangers for help. I asked a guy to help and we get over there and all of a sudden the machine is loud. She didn’t have it on to begin with. So I got my air after all. The thing is at least she could have done when I went in for the 2nd time is I can’t help but let me make sure our equipment is working. All she said was I turned it on. I complained to Olivia and her attitude was the same as Roxann’s. I was almost in tears I hurt so bad after all that so I yelled at them too. I will fix them I’m going to pull up in handicap part and make them pump my gas. I’m handicap. I feel they didn’t have any consideration to at least make sure their equipment was working.

Conveniently located right off the 60 freeway just east of the 15 freeway. They have a number of pumps split on both sides of the building with access from the roadway on two sides. It's easy to get in and out of and rarely is it crowded. If you are traveling, there are a few food spots right there as well.

If I could choose 0 stars I would of, Icame this morning to pump diesel, I seen sign price was at $5.89 when I payed inside cash I noticed my pump said price was at $6.04, I went inside and asked the clerk and she said to get the $5.89 price I need to buy a car wash, “I said for diesel”? A semi don’t fit in a car wash? She said usually drivers buy it for their wife’s then they come later. Sounds more like a scam to me. What a rip off.

I just witnessed a "manager " yell and belittle a customer who used terminal 1 and wanted a refund for a carwash she did not ask for. I know for a fact this terminal has had issues because I encountered the SAME issue. The manager yelled and called this young woman a liar. I go to this gas station all the time and after witnessing that I'll be taking my business across the street to 76. This woman should be reprimanded for her poor level of professionalism and extreme lack of customer service .

I am not sure If it is just me, but 3 times I used a Gift card at this location and they ran it as Credit. If anyone else experiences this please report it. Gift cards are to be run as cash not credit they charge about 10 or 20 cents more for credit use. If this is the norm for this company it needs to be stopped or be reported to the weights and means department. I brought it up with the cashier and pretty much was a so what answer. Please if you are pay with a gift card in the store watch how it is ran, you may be getting ripped off.

The squeegees to clean your windshields were old and stinky. Small scale convenience store, but the two ladies working the registers were very nice. They greeted me upon entry, but they were having a sale on Gatorades that wasn't showing up when the items were scanned. Had I not caught it I would have paid more than advertised.

No cashier present, shop was closed at 6:30pm forcing patrons to pay higher price per gallon by only being able to use debit/credit at pump. Paying at pump did not allow me to punch in my loyalty rewards number, thus not giving me discount per gallon. After pumping gas, pump had no paper to print receipt and told me to "see cashier" for my receipt. Will not be going here again...

I'm usually a regular at this place, typically on work days. The ladies there are nice and friendly. Their customer service is good as well. I do appreciate that when they are offering promotional deals they inform the customers to help them save a few dollars. Their facilities are clean and products are available. The only con I would say is that the fuel prices can be a little on the pricey side but other than that. Kudo's 👍

This gas station is run down. Every time I think about giving it a try and gas pump isn't working or you can't even read the screen. 👎👎👎too bad it's located in convenient location but probably will go out of business since they can't even repair their equipments.

I pumped gas around 4:30pm on July 17 2025. I had no choice but to pay on the pump, inserting my debit card do to the fact that their was no clerk inside the store. The next day I received alerts by my bank that my debt card was was being used $350 was taking from my account while I was at work. I found it very suspicious that this happened after I pump gas at this gas station. I will be contacting corporate offices as well.

Be careful when you pump gas make sure there's gas on whatever pump your using I have a brand new car and I was low on gas pretty much no gas so we pumped gas was we done we took off right when we left we checked the gas meter whatever it's called and it was in empty I was wait we just pump gas so we went back the clerk that was there at the moment took pictures of everything showing proof that we weren't lying but because it showed it the system the pump was running the manager said there was no way she could give me my money back because she wasn't there and that she was not gonna be back till Monday I told there has to be another way to get a refund and she said no because she wasn't there and I told no I can't be there Monday I have things to do not sure when will I be around this area pretty much she didn't care and she hung up on me which it was really rude her name is Araceli she's the manager pump could show it's running but no gas will come out pay attention guys.My husband went back during the week cause he was around the area and she still didn't care like if we were lying who ever trained her didn't do a good job Shell you need new management. We still end up moving to a different pump so and put 25 dollars to prove that something was wrong with pump number 6.
