They are selling muffin spire I ask to get my money buck and they said they don't do refunds she wants me to get on other muffin how I going to trust to get on other muffin if it comes from the same store the manager came with attitude saying the I disrespect the cashier went I was just asking how I going to eat something if Is not good ...Michelle is the cashier name...after I said I going to report I have money back

For 12 years, this location has been my go to gas station for lotto tickets, gas and car wash. About 1:30pm this afternoon I filled up my tank ($40), went in to cash out $100 winning scratch off and purchase tickets and additional scratch offs, which is my weekly routine, even when I don't win. However, an employee told me to go to a different gas station to cash out a $100 winning scratch off saying that she didn't have the cash to give me. I explained that she would not have to give me the full $100 since I was purchasing the next set of lotto tickets plus a few scratch offs and that I would only need about $20 returned once I made the rest of my purchase. She refused, telling me again that I have to go to a different station. I explained again that I was not expecting the full amount. She could not comprehend that all of the winnings + was going right back to the station with my gas purchase. Ms. Pat, jumped in to provide my winnings, and helped me with my purchase. Total paid to Shell was $110. I don't know what would possess someone to refuse an easy customer transaction and think that the owners/managers would be okay with it. Save yourself from being on the receiving end of a nasty attitude and go in Ms Pat's line, she has always been friendly and helpful.

This fancy looking place did the most awful inside cleaning job on my car, I'm shocked. $45 and all they did was vacuum it half ass. Dirt & dust left on the surfaces. No scent sprayed. No glossy shining from a basic product they could have used. AND the worst part they didn't vac the trunk out!! WTH??!! The manager said "It's not included with this kind of car." Half have the mind to go back and demand a refund.

Stopped there this morning to get some things for my day at work, Jasmine was working the register and did not even greet me, I realized I only had $100 dollar bill and asked if she could break it, she very rudely said NO, not I am sorry I can't right now, I did ask If maybe a manager was there and maybe could break it for me as that was all I had, she didn't even say anything just stomped away and when the manager came out, he was worse. I understand not being able to break a big bill but why wouldn't you treat people with kindness. such a fancy place but both of them should be ashamed of themselves. If you are going to treat people terrible just call in for a mental health day. Don't spread your ugliness around like the plague. When I called back to get both of their names, Jasmine answered the phone and when I asked to speak with the manager, she said why?? Like why, ask that to a customer. You are a retail customer service worker; it's not your business what someone wants to speak with the manager about. Daniel and Jasmine, I hope your boss pulls the audio on the phone and in store and uses this morning as training on how not to treat people. I hope you both have a Happy New Year.
