I received a letter in the mail from Honda informing me that the part for my recall was in and to schedule a service appointment. I used the online scheduler to make an appointment at this location, with my recall as the appointment type, just to arrive and be told they didn’t have any. Waste of time and gas. I consistently experience poor customer service here and would avoid if possible.

Avoid them.
1) Horrible management. I made an appointment and dropped off my car. Then they kept allowing later coming cars to cut in line. So they didn’t get to work on my car for a whole day. When I talked to the manager, he told me that I need to drive in and stay here next day. Well, what is the point of dropping off cars early and making appointments.
2) I stayed there the second day. They didn’t fix the issues, and the problems persist. Then they told me that I need to keep driving the car until it got worse, then it will be easier for them to fix the issues.
3) Overcharged me a lot for just walking around the car with doing nothing.
I would sincerely suggest another place if possible.

BEWARE!!! DO NOT COME HERE!! UNTRUSTWORTHY!! LONG POST ALERT!!! I have been dealing with this shop from Oct. 21st until Oct. 28th in reference to my vehicle needing repairs! I initially came in for an oil change and possible starter problems as well as tire issues. I also asked the rep b/m Mr. Christopher Moore to advise his mechanic Mr. Devin Thompson to check the above problems. Mr. Moore was professional and respectful however I later figured out that he NEVER advised the mechanic Mr. Devin Thompson to check the details of my initial complaint!!! In addition Mr. Moore advised me to come back several times for the same issue. I was first advised to have my battery replaced which I did as instructed. The problem still remained therefore after being instructed by Mr. Moore again to come back I decided to have a second opinion on my vehicle. I visited the Honda dealership on Hwy 72. After sitting in both of these locations for over four hours or more. Bob Wallace location was at least four hours on multiple days!!! Each day the problem remained!!! The hwy 72 dealership finally advised me that the Bob Wallace location did not properly service my vehicle and provided documentation showing the nonservice!! Also I have been a faithful customer to this business even after being done wrong in the past. You may ask why come back right!? Well in the past the rep had always corrected their mistakes with no problem and no cost to me. Well after being advised by the Hwy 72 Honda dealership that my vehicle had not been serviced properly I then responded back to the Bob Wallace location to speak with a supervisor!! The supervisor at the Bob Wallace location w/m Mr. Forrest Ege is RUDE, showed no compassion and definitely does not care for his customers!!! During my conversation with Mr. Ege he became upset after I provided him with ALL my copies of work orders and he also REFUSED to take ownership of his employees mistakes!!! This conversation went on for at least a hour or so! I was then asked by Mr. Ege to let his technicians fix the problems however I refused and stated to him directly that" I DO NOT trust your workers anymore!!" I was then given a attitude by Mr. Forrest in which he threw the papers down on his desk & stated aggressive" well if we are not doing the work, I am done helping you!!" Mr. Forrest also stated that I could just take my vehicle back to the hwy 72 location and have them fix it at my expense!!! Mr. Forrest then instructed me to leave his office however I refused and stated that I would like to speak with Mr. Moore directly while in his presence!! Mr. Forrest at first denied my request and stated that he already spoke with Mr. Moore. I stated that I will still like to speak with him and I refused to leave until we had spoken. Well after ignoring me for several minutes and seeing that i was not leaving, Mr. Ege finally called Mr. Moore in his office!! While speaking with Mr. Moore again he was respectful and compassionate. Mr. Moore also had taken FULL accountability for his lack of service in reference to not advising the techs of my issue. However!! Mr. Forrest had again DENIED to do anything about helping me fix the problems even after his rep Mr. Moore confirmed that he did not do his job correctly!!! Forrest also stated that his mechanic was INEXPERIENCED!! I then attempted to record the interaction but was unable. After being treated so poorly by Forrest, I then called the Honda hotline to speak with someone higher than Forrest!! I was unable to get the general manager the first time therefore I opened a case with a Honda rep Ms. Alma. Ms. Alma advised me that this will be an internal review and I will not be contacted back in reference. I then attempted to call the general manager Mr. Ken Bustani again and was finally able to speak with him. While speaking with Bustani he sounded compassionate and attentive but also refused to make the situation right!! His solution was to give only 10% off of the entire work order which came out to be $3531. I will NOT come back here!! Untrustworthy ppl work here!

I am very impressed with the service I had here. The prices were so reasonable compared to other Honda service centers I’ve been to. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. They even washed my car! Couldn’t recommend this place enough!!

Different priorities since Jerry Damson… make an appointment for oil change and tire rotation..,after 2 hours, nothing. Service put my CRV on a rack, moved it up, then part way down, then down and absolutely nothing was done. I asked for my vehicle and left. Poor management when appointments are not honored. Updated respite: The service manager called and took care of the situation as well as serviced my vehicle in a timely manner. Thank you Forest and David!
