I can't say enough great things about this company. When you get into an accident its very confusing what to do. Who to go with. Who can you trust to do what they say they will? And a lot of companies say they offer good customer service but don't. This company does. Gabriel was incredibly helpful from beginning to end. I wasn't left alone to figure out any part of the problem. I had no other car. They lent me their loaner car. I needed to get a rental after my insurance approved it. Gabriel drove me there. I was freaking out about the $10,000 + in repairs needed and afraid my insurance wouldn't cover it. Gabriel handled me and my fears with a calm demeanor. The car was ready a week earlier than we thought. And I had a scheduling difficulty that day. He made sure the car was available earlier in the day and had my rental picked up so I could make my appt. Thank you so much Gabriel for all your help. You made a difficult situation much easier.

I’m honestly lost for words at how grateful I am. I’ve dealt with many collision shops, and none of them even come close to Signature. Someone stole my catalytic converter from my Prius, and I was stressed — but thank God I found this gem of a place. First, ask for Miguel. From start to finish, he was the man. Insurance tried to push an aftermarket catalytic converter, and Miguel explained that many of those don’t even pass smog. That alone saved me a future headache. He made sure I got a real OEM part, installed it properly, and even added protection so it doesn’t happen again. All of this was done in only 3 days, which is crazy — especially with parts on back order. This shop is truly God-sent. Real solutions, real service, honesty, and punctuality. That combination is rare. God bless you Miguel, and thank you to everyone at Signature. You officially have a customer for life.
