Absolutely phenomenal! Normally I clean my car myself but I’ve been so busy with my new job, and selling my house, so I haven’t had time to detail my car. This was the first time I let anyone do this, and I am SO HAPPY I went with Scott and his team! They managed to squeeze me in last minute for a full detail! Went to Call to get my car done Thursday, Scott said he’s not available that day nor Friday. So we scheduled for Sunday. I called and texted to verify the Sunday and he had to cancel because he’s got a customer, although we set up that at 2pm. So we rescheduled for Monday with no definite time, I asked for 3:30 and left me on Read. I called that Monday morning to verify but Scott said he’ll text me or call me to notify that someone’s in the office to tend for my car. I went at 3:30 and no one is there. He wanted to reschedule but I needed to get my car done last Friday. I called another business detailing and he had me scheduled within 30mins and done within an hour!

I took my wife's new RAV4 to a local car wash and it malfunctioned. No water or soap dispensed and by the time I noticed, the rotating brushes were basically scrubbing the paint finish. Trapped in the car wash, I couldn't escape until the cycles ended. The damage was done and my wife's baby had severe paint and plastic surface scratches! I was livid and heartbroken. I looked online and found Signature Mobile Detail. After speaking to Stephanie, I was able to book an appointment for the following Sunday. She gave me a reasonable quote and explained what process they would perform: One Pass Paint Correction. Scott stayed in constant communication the day before and the day of the appointment. He and his Dad, Bryan arrived within the appointed time window and Stephanie showed up a minute later. Scott commented that she was a better detailer than he was. It was a great experience seeing father and son working together with Stephanie - a great family team. They were polite, free with information and educational in their processes. At one point, Scott let me know that the damage was so extensive that it would take more than the One Pass treatment. He was upfront and honest in letting me know that to get it back to a glass finish, it would require 5 or 6 passes. I never felt pressured into an up-sale situation. I assured them that they would be the first folks I'd call for any further work. What I thought would take half the day only took a couple of hours and the paint finish looked great. Literally night and day! I shared some water and cold sparkling apple cider with the three of them and they were still smiles as they left. I know a thing or two about great customer service and Scott and family at Signature Mobile Detail provided that and then some. If you need to feel secure and confident you're going to get excellent results and great service, consider giving this outfit a call. The pics tell the story: 3 before and one after. I would have loaded more, but didn't want to crash the server.

What an amazing job on my car by Scott and his crew. My car honestly looks better than it did the day I bought it when it was brand new. When I park in a lot with numerous other cars I almost walk by mine, thinking that someone just bought a new car. Then, I realize it's mine. Very disappointed, Scott did fit me in for me first detail last minute but after left he missed some things on my truck which he came by to fix when he conditioned the leather on my truck a second time. Needed another truck washed Scott was not able to fit me in but said he had someone he would highly recommend, they did a horrible job, left a mess in my street. I contacted Scott and he has been saying he will come by to get it taken care of and it's been 2 weeks or longer. Scott has not returned any of my recent messages and had to pay another mobile Detailer he recommended and they didn't even complete the job. Very unsatisfied.

I just got a used car that was super dirty inside and out, called these guys Tuesday morning and they showed up Tuesday afternoon to get me a full detail, dashboard, trunk, all the little crevices that are hard to get to. They came to my work which was super convenient and did a fantastic job. The guys were all really nice and gave me a quick rundown afterwards to show me what they did. Will definitely call again when I need a detail in the future.
