Our truck was not particularly overly dirty or trashed. We are putting it up for sale and just wanted it to look it's best. They did a good job. Not sure I would call it a value at $300+ but I honestly haven't priced it with anyone else. I initially was going to go with another outfit but what changed my mind were the reviews and a rating of 4.7. What gave me a negative impression after the fact, however, was his insistence that he be paid in cash only. He isn't up front about that at the beginning, stating he prefers cash. But when the time comes, he essentially holds your vehicle hostage while he insists on cash. Hmmm. No detailed work order, itemized invoice or receipt offered or given. No paperwork trail at all. Frankly, that bothers me and I can't help but be curious why no one else has commented on it. We can't be the only ones.

GREAT WORK!!! Ramon Silva is your man. This place is very respectful of your needs and wishes. He came after hours so I could pick up my vehicle, and he took his time to show me what he had done. I was very impressed with the work by this shop and the price isn’t to bad considering other places around.

I was very pleased with my auto detailing at Silva's! After calling five or six auto detail services in Yakima, I decided to go with Silva's because of the reasonable price. He was very flexible in scheduling and was able to meet my schedule. I dropped off my 2002 Nissan Pathfinder with no problems and picked it up the same day. I got an interior and exterior detail for $160 cash. Silva said it would have been closer to $170 if I needed to pay with card. They cleaned all of the nooks and crannies inside my car and waxed the outside beautifully! If I ever have to detail another car, I will be bringing it to Silva's.

I opted for a lower price detail for my road/work car but their work/detailing here was awesome (specially dog hair removal with a small added fee). I felt like it was completely worth it. It was half the price of another recent detail and I am happy to say that I am pleased with their services.

This guy has built a bad reputation in auto detailing because he mistreats both his customers and his workers. Customers complain that he charges way too much for services that aren’t done properly, leaving cars still dirty or unfinished. Instead of taking responsibility, he brushes off complaints and doesn’t stand behind his work. On top of that, he doesn’t treat his employees with respect, which shows in the poor quality and lack of care in the job. Overall, he gives the impression of being more interested in taking people’s money than providing real value.

Oh my! Brought in my car that had been used by my wife and kids primarily…the kids had definitely made their mark! After getting the car detailed, it looks brand new. I was amazed by how clean the car was, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO IN YAKIMA FOR CAR DETAILING!
