Terrible terrible for road services if you have a broke down and you are from out of the state. They wont accept payment for more than 2k from a debit or credit card. Truck fixed in the shop for a couple days traying to get cash out to make the payment. They said is owner rules.do.not use this company if you do don't live in the state. THEY DON'T LET YOU KNOW THAT RULE BEFORE THE FIX UP .NEITHER worse customer services ever. After all that nightmare the truck it wasn't fixes like it was suppouse to. Scammers !!! Worst service ever ! Don't use them ever . They will bait you with giving you low estimate and then they will charge you triple. And if you just ask why is this much when they gave different price for an estimate they will get angry and threaten you that they will tow the vehicle . I was given an estimate of 2000$ for the part that cost 300$ but didn't have no choice and after they replaced it they charged me 4000$ for the same work they gave an estimate of 2000$ .

The men at Silverado could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Unfortunately they weren’t able to do the work themselves, but they took the time to carefully explain everything to us. They even went out of their way to try and help us find someone who could do the job. What a great company!

Scammers. Please be very careful when working with these people. They tell you one price (high price) over the phone but they double that when they come in person, plus the part was bad quality and it took them more than 5 hours to finish one part. Will not work with these people ever again id rather let DOT tow me to safety.

They were professional, timely and knowledgeable. Blaine was courteous and knew his business. This was not cheap, but when you’re on the side of the road with an RV those stops would be far and few between I suppose. Thank you Silverado!

An incredible lack of knowledge and professionalism. My driver was there since noon and job wasn't finished till after 7pm. From what was quoted a 350 to maybe 1,000 dollar job turned into a nearly $2,000 job. The parts changer had no idea what he was doing it took two of them to get it right, I hope. When I initially called i asked if they can take EFS check via money code and was told yes. Come to find out they didn't and i had to teach them on how to cash it. I was completely robbed of my time and money please avoid using these thieves.

Had Silverado out on July 5 to service my RV air unit. The unit was not keeping my unit cool. They cleaned it for $600!!! Which did not help at all. Had another mobile RV company out the next day and they found a Freon leak. Had the Silverado repairman checked the coolant level or seen the yellow markings left by leaking Freon, I maybe could have saved a few hundred dollars for a wasted cleaning.

Broke down on my trip which these things do happen. Silverado sent someone out who had a moment did some damage. Again these things happen. After not coming back the same day with the part until the next day I received no discount & was charged full price for the service not to mention it caused me to lose the load I was delivering to in Arizona. Hope I never break down again in Oklahoma again. Customers ex-veterans should be treated better than this

This shop was super helpful! Picked me and my service dog up at a hotel after roadside breakdown.. (it was only missing a spark plug and they placed it back and showed me how. It was a huge help, they also replaced the head to my shoreline power cable. I feel it was pretty fair in price.. and they are very kind. Would use them again for sure.

They worked on one of our customers Semi Trailers on 1/7/22 The work they did do I'm now redoing on 1/9/22 They replaced all 4 sets of brake shoes & drums. I don't believe they needed to be done yet. I called the customer, they looked at the pictures Silverado sent them. They said they weren't the best pictures and weren't sure the brakes needed to be replaced either. I am unable to check the tire pressure on 3 of the 4 inside tires. I now need to take the outside tires off spin them to line up the holes in the rims to be able to check air pressure on the inside tire. They also replaced an ABS Sensor. The customers driver brought it to us saying the ABS Light was on. The sensor they replaced was improperly installed and wasn't getting a signal from the tone ring. It was also rubbing on the drum. Granted the fixes are fairly simple and straight forward. It just makes me wonder if they miss/overlook/skimp on simple stuff......

Chris was our tech, and everyone there was so great! We live in our RV, they understood the value 9f that and worked so hard to get us back up on the road and on our way! They will be remember for other times we are in the area for sure! Love the respect they have for their customers and letting us get our fur babies settled before they started working on it. These guys are terrific, reliable and completely knowledgeable!!!

I had used Silverado on several occasions and was always satisfied. However, on my last visit, it all changed. I called ahead and asked if they could powerwash the underside of my fifth wheel and they said they could. Like I said I always had good results from them so I didn't ask for an estimate. What should have been a 15 min job turned into 1 1/2 hours. They have two washers and neither worked. After a long wait they got one of them started. I expected to pay around 50 or 75 dollars. When the final bill totaled $218.70 I decided I would never use or recommend Silverado.

Consumer beware This review will be a bit more in-depth on this company. Initially brought in a 2011 Dodge ram for and ABS and brake light issue. Was told after diagnostics was the ABS pump and module And module not replaceable. $ out. Next the rear end went out And had to get vehicle towed received an estimate on towing from John, which ended up being $200 more than anybody else. Once the vehicle was in their shop, it was determined that the rear end needed to be overhauled brake replacement, etc. while the vehicle was on the rack carrier bearing was replaced and the entire rear axle was overhauled cost of well over $3800. They flushed the transmission and at no time advised me that that should Not be done. Repairs completed drove back to 60 miles Where I was staying. Two days later lost reverse in the transmission and limped back to the shop was advised transmission needed to be overhauled was given an estimate of 7300$. When the truck was ready, I was given a bill of 8300$ and some change. Drove home And the new carrier bearing came apart. John manager sent a mechanic out to repair it. It was evident why the previous new carrier bearing failed by there incompetence of the mechanic replacing it. Contacted the transmission company that did the rebuild on my transmission and was told that that transmission normally cost 5 to 6 grand to replace or overhaul. Silverado Road Service Diesel Repair tacked on one to $2000 for the transmission on top of his time. Once I returned home back to Alaska, had my mechanic go over and look at XYZ work that was done. WAS DETERMINED THAT COVER PLATE ON TRANSMISSION NOT INSTALLED, CARRIER, BEARING BURRS, AND DINGS ON BEARING ITSELF, MISSING VENT TUBE AND SPEED SENSOR EITHER NOT INSTALLED OR WAS BAD. REMEMBER THE INITIAL REASON FOR GOING TO THE SHOP ABS LIGHT AND BRAKES. One was of thought that if you’re overhauling the entire rear end, you would’ve replaced the vent tube and check the speed sensor which ultimately caused the ABS to malfunction. John, the manager is more of a used car salesman and will give you a different story at every turn. Consumer beware using this company for anything. They will be reported to consumer affairs

I just left this place, they are super nice, super efficient, and superbly priced. If you need a deck fixed, slip plate on them, air leak, that's what I got done they had it exactly 1 day and I'm never impressed by shops until now. Thank you guys so much!!!!!

Communication was great and Zach the service advisor was very helpful, they gave me a ride to work when I dropped my truck off as well. They charged me for 2 hours of labor for diagnosing and they could not come to a resolution because they were not able to source the parts needed for the repair. When I asked about $40.80 in shop supplies I was told it was for zip ties and wifi… yes wifi.
