I finally brought my leased electric vehicle for manufacturer recall service, after getting multiple phone calls and emails from this dealer over the last year. The appointment was super easy via the mychevrolet app. When I arrived, and walked up to the counter, my appointment time and name was listed on the big screen tv, along with other filled time slots, airport flight info style. I was given a 2.5 hour turn around time since I was going to wait at the dealer.Jessica, the front desk service manager, emailed me my estimate. The waiting room was spacious w comfy chairs. For some reason though they kept the double sliding front doors open so it was a bit chilly on this crisp winter Monday morning. Close to 3hours later, after they washed my car, I was out of there. Later they emailed me a PDF copy of my complimentary vehicle inspection. Even my Audi dealer doesn't do that. Given that I leased this vehicle by back and forth emails, arriving at a mutually agreeable price, I shouldn't be surprised about their convenient, high tech style. Thank you.

Dropped off our C8 with 7K miles due to a check engine light. After two days, they claimed they finally found the problem. Picked up the car and only 30 miles later, the check engine light came on again, and stayed on. It drives worst now then when we first took it in. Wasted two days of our time. Their service department is questionable at best. We are car enthusiasts and this by far the worst experience we have had to date.

Brought the truck in at 8:00 am for a check engine light, got the 1st and only text around 2:30 that the diagnostic had not been performed yet. Couldn’t get hold of Johnathan so I asked for a shuttle to pick me up from work (10 min away) so I could see what’s going on. It’s 5:30 and just got told all service advisors leave at 5. No courtesy call or text letting us know what’s going on. Asked for a loaner, rental or ride home and apparently they can’t help. Now I have to pay $50 for an uber. ALL this could have been avoided with SIMPLE TEXT. My advice is don’t bring your car here and if you do bug them every hour until you get a response. Worst part is I’m pretty sure my Repair warrants a car loaner.

This dealership is the worst. I left a pair of Prada sunglasses in my old vehicle that I traded in and Alex a salesman and their gm assured me they would hold onto them for me next time I was in. I checked in a few times via text and they told me they were still there. I show up and they were all of a sudden gone and not in a safe place. Also scheduled service for running boards that they owed me from the new Tahoe sale. Took over 2 months to arrive and i had to keep calling back as they would never return my calls. I finally triple checked and made an appointment and when I arrived they had no appointment and could t find the running boards. Just absolute terrible buying experience all the way around. I would suggest purchasing somewhere else and will never be back not to even get my oil changed. Everyone is totally clueless and will text you things they have not verified or even have a clue on. They also wouldn’t do anything to help with the cost of the sunglasses they stole. I suppose that’s what you get after purchasing an 86,000 Tahoe from them.

My recent visit was due to a Dealership Recall for my 2023 Tahoe noted below: Serial Data Gateway Module and Radio • N242435631 - Failed Brake Fluid Leak Detection • N242447990 - All went well. Scheduled the service a day ahead and dropped off the vehicle in the morning. It was ready shortly after lunch. All went well and as always the Service Department was Professional & Courteous. The email I received inviting me to this survey said the service was on June 30. I was not there on June 30 but I was there on June 20. It was my first "service" for my Equinox EV. Don, the service technician, was rude. It was as if I was interrupting him from the moment I walked in the door. When I asked what was covered in this initial complimentary service visit. He said they rotate the tires. That's it. When he printed out the paperwork for the 2nd time, because the first time was wrong, it included a fee for changing the cabin filter which I did not ask for. When I booked the appointment I requested to wait for the service, but Don scoffed and said it would be at least 3 1/2 hours. In the meantime, Jessika (the service tech in the next cubicle) was helping another customer who was there for the exact same thing. I heard how friendly and helpful Jessika was explaining to the customer why she was there and what was to be done, etc. If I return to your service department, it will only be if I don't have to deal with Don.

Great experience. App didn't confirm the appointment but was taken in. I did have to wait but was offered a Lyft instead of waiting for the shuttle which was extremely welcomed. Great that the servicer (Jessika) was able to explain issues with the vehicle which is something you'd generally ask the tech and understood what needed to be done

I have had a horrible, horrible experience. The service person I was assigned to is rude. A lot of attitude, the service associate treated me like I was a 5-year-old, "Next time I will not give you a loaner if you come back for the same issue." Didn't let me finish the conversation with the gentleman who fixed my car, AND answered a personal phone call while I was talking and explaining. If you have to go to this place, avoid the person whose initial is "D.B."

The service is good however the front staff needs to be a little more knowledgeable about the Chevy Advance Protection Plan. They seems to not understand when I ask if the maintenance service is covered because I remember the rotor brake is covered so they just end up saying its not covered and theres no such thing. When I checked my chevy paperwork, it has a detail that rotor brakes are covered up to 48000 miles. The front also can use some training on customer service 101 to be a little better in being courteous to their customer.
