Waited over 2 hr before Willie said anything about not having the product we needed. My wife was the one waiting to get tires on the car she drove. I have not been back to that store. I have spent a lot of money at that store. However I will not go back!!

Check date codes on new tires. Today they mounted tires that were 2 years old. They also tried to charge me for the "rebuilding" of my TPMS sensors. They are a sealed unit and cannot be rebuilt. Willie is a liar and unprofessional.

Took my car in to get all 4 new tires mounted, balanced, and aligned. Originally they said it would take an hour and a half. Well 3 and a half hours later they were finally done. Then later that night one of my back tires is completely flat because they didn’t tighten the valve stem all the way so air wouldn’t stay in it. Also 2 of my key lug nuts are missing on my rims. They never gave paperwork or a receipt showing that they did the alignment on my car. Would not recommend going here. Edit: The manager ended up reaching out to me the day after and they were able to get everything fixed. They were very respectful and adamant about fixing the issue!
