DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO EITHER SINCLAIR. My Granddaughter had a leak so she stopped by Sinclair and had them look at it and they said she needed a seal to stop the link so we dropped it off on the 10th on a Friday and was told they would have it ready on Saturday on the 11th it was a 2 hour job and they would start on it in the morning so I called at 1 to check the status on it and they said they just got the part and would start on it and then at 4:42 I had to call them back and they said they got the wrong part and it would be Tuesday so I ask for the Manager and he said he would have to call me and when I spoke to Joel he cut me off told me he could not find the part he just was put out I said sir it is about communication with the customer and ok told him to give me a call when the car was ready on Tuesday we picked the car up it was still leaking so we took it to have an inspection on the car and they found that Sinclair THEY CUT THE ABS LINE, THE AXLE WAS HIT WITH AN AIR HAMMER SO HARD IT WAS BROKE NO AXLE GREESE IN IT, THE BRAKE LINE WAS TWISTED AND THERE WAS BOLTS MISSING AND THEY PUT MY TEENAGER IN AN UNSAFE CAR TO DRIVE AND KNEW THEY CAUSE THAT DAMAGE. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO EITHER SINCLAIR FOR WORK THEY DO NOT CARE WHEN I WENT BACK TO LET JOEL KNOW THE DAMAGE THEY CAUSED HE WOULD NOT FIX THE ISSUE AT ALL TOLD US FIRST HE WOULD START A CLAIM AND WE COULD TAKE THE CAR WHERE EVER WE WANTED AND THEN THE NEXT DAY TOLD US WE HAD TO BRING THE CAR BACK THERE AND THAT IS WHAT THE BOTTOM OF THE RECEIPT SAYS IT DOES NOT STATE THAT AND THEY ARE SCREWING UP PEOPLES CAR AND GETTING AWAY WITH IT. THEY EXPECT PEOPLE TO TRUST THEM AND BRING THE CAR BACK WHEN THEY DID THAT MUCH DAMAGE. AND IF YOU HAVE TOOK YOUR CAR THERE YOU MAY HAVE INSPECTION DONE ON THE WORK THEY DID.

Went there for a pre-purchase vehicle inspection. This was the laziest inspection I have seen. They only checked the most basic items, no checklist, no proper electronics check. Avoid.

Exceptional customer service. They went above and beyond and checked my brakes (didn’t need new brakes), checked the air pressure in my tire (found a leak), and figured out my horn was unplugged all under 20 minutes or so and when I asked what I owed them they said don’t worry about it. I mean top notch service, I will definitely be returning. These people seem like people who have integrity and really do their job for the purpose of helping not just getting money!

They all was wonderful and kind to me. They looked at my car when I was having transmission issues and got stranded in Oklahoma and made sure to keep my property safe until I could come back and have my car towed back home. Even gave me a ride down to car rental place down the street. I wish I was closer bc I'd make them my mechanic shop if I was.

SAC is where I've been taking my truck for maintenance for well over 10yrs. 1st location in Owasso, now this location in BA....They get you in & out efficiently with oil change, top all fluids, psi tire pressure check, ect. They also let you know what future maintenance is needed based on mileage. They are fair & equitable on associated costs of vehicle service. My wife also takes her care there for service.

Absolutely love this place!!!! I took one of my oldest fleet vehicles to them because the motor was making a chugging sound. I thought I was going to have to have a new engine put in it. They determine it blew a spark plug. That normally requires a new engine. They were able to fix it saving me thousands of dollars!!! I have now opend a fleet account with them so all of my vehicles will be maintained by them. I am greatful for the quality workmanship, and dedication to customer service. I will recommend them for any vehicle related issues i have in the future!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!! I will start off stating that there is zero integrity in the service that they provide. Safety is out the window, and all they care about is getting you in and out while making as much profit as possible. We brought our van to be serviced (placement of a new radiator) on a Saturday. When we picked it up the workers complained about how hard the job was, but that everything was working perfect. We paid and went home. When we got home the van stalled out!! We looked under the hood and IT WAS A MESS. The battery not plugged in right, screws, bolts, hoses not connected right, hardware sitting on the upper portion of the hood, and a BROKEN radiator (the clips that hold it in place were broken off as if someone had just forced it in and then attempted to cover it up). The radiator was loose and sliding easy back and forth. We brought it back in on Monday (closed Sunday). My husband had to take of work for this, and I work nights, so this was not easy. They were initially defensive when we showed them all the problems, but when they saw all the issues they apologized and said that they would take care of the problem. We picked it up later that evening, and when he got home to look at the new radiator--IT WAS BROKEN still!!! We called again and were told to bring it up AGAIN! We dropped it off Tuesday night at their request so that they could fix the problems all day Wednesday. We pick the car up on Wednesday. We get home.....THEY GLUED ON THE BROKEN PIECE OF THE RADIATOR PASSING IT OFF AS BEING FIXED. THE PIECE FELL OFF WITH GLUE ALL OVER IT. My husband and I were over it. We paid close to $1000 for a service that was not done. The manager REFUSED to refund the cost of the radiator telling us to just go back AGAIN so that they can "fix it." We told him NO, because there is ZERO trust left in their quality, integrity, and their complete disregard for safety. My husband has been in the aerospace field for over 15 years as a higher level mechanic. The only reason he couldn't do this job himself was due to time!! They did not realize that my husband knows mechanics well, including all of our vehicles. Me being in the medical field I see how dangerous car accidents are firsthand. Their lack of care and safety is appalling. DO NOT GO HERE!!! THEY CUT CORNERS AND DO NOT CARE FOR SAFETY!!
