U-HAUL Get people who have customer service. In fact get someone who knows how to talk to a woman period. The truck was dirty, I had to clean it out myself before putting my furniture inside. Ivan Lotito didn't even offer me options of care plan or to do in-town or drop off at another facility, or how long I can rent the truck, instead he said it was mandatory to do what he wanted because I didn't make a reservation at his location. I asked for no care plan & to drop off the truck at another facility as well to use the whole day. The truck didn't even have the correct mileage as was provided in the paper. Not only did I pay for what I did not want but that guy blamed his own boss for not keeping the vehicles clean and had no care if I reported him. Would not advise to go for u-haul

Worst gas station I've been to. They're willing to exchange your money so you could use their car wash station which by the way doesn't work the pressure on the hoses sucks and it was a waste of money and when I try to go back to exchange the coins for my money they wouldn't take it but they were quick to change my money for their coins.

Archaic pay booth for ancient looking gas pumps, multiple screens broken or barely readable, denies cards other gas stations never have. Worried about the quality of gas, and expensive. Highly recommend a nicer station.

I went to the gas station with my girlfriend and her dog the one guy with the glasses he said no dogs allowed I had to wait with my dog outside but there is no sign on there door saying that dogs are not allowed in the store that's pretty messed up the way they are with people

It's the cheapest gas around, their store is always stocked with anything you need. The girl that works overnight is such a sweetheart and is extremely friendly!!! I'd hire her. Security is always on point and makes sure that the property is running smooth at night and he takes care of his employees that work there, and keeps it quiet for his customers. Whenever I'm in Indio this is a quick stop. I would rather get gas at this Sinclair then at the Shell or Circle K that might be closer to the freeway. I continue to go back because of the people, thanks guys!! Y'all rock 💪😁🤘

One of the best price on regular gasoline in the Indio/Palm Desert area. Pumps out front were a little difficult to squeeze into with a full-size pickup. Easy access from Indio Street. Facility seems to have some historic value.

Terrible. Went to the truck wash here and the sprayer kept spitting soap when switched over to WATER. Went and paid (have to put in $2 for tokens, can’t use quarters or do less $) at another bay to rinse and it was barely spitting with no pressure. Then drove over to their pumps to get gas since it seemed cheaper than other places around—can’t pay at the pump even with card you have to go inside. Complained to them about their car wash and they didn’t seem to care. Then the pump wouldn’t stay on! Had to hold it and keep pressing to get gas to come out.

Mostly great experiences here, but a bigger guy, named Joe was pretty rude to me last night. He was helping a couple of underaged girls check out, and was so smitten with them that when I asked him to help me with the beer case he snapped at me, and told me to not talk to him while he helped other cutsomers. Luckily another staff member was there, and helped me check out without being mean or aggressive with me. Boo Joe, you suck. Hope the underage girls got a good impression from you though.

Credit card readers on the pumps haven’t been working for weeks. Last week, I went inside and guesstimated I’d need about $40 worth of gas and prepaid on my credit card. When I only used around $27 worth of gas, I went inside and asked for my change. The clerk working said I would only be charged the amount of gas I actually used in my transaction. I left satisfied with that answer. This morning, checking my credit card balance and transactions, I see have been charged the full $40. I won’t be back. I don’t care how much cheaper the gas is here compared to other stations, I won’t return to a business that ripped me off.

It’s a nice gas station with the cheapest gas around! Literally $.50 to $.60 cents less expensive than a few miles closer to the highway. Take the extra 5 minute drive to save some big money if you need a tank of gas! VictorB

Disappointed, their menu prices went up without notice. A sample."small burrito $8.99 to $12.99.. and didn't even bothered to let customers know until after they ordered.
