It’s refreshing to find an honest, classy, business. That’s Smart Prep. I had a problem with the trimming on one side of my car. I contacted several mobile repair services and others. Couldn’t get anything done. I called Smart Prep, stopped by, they fixed it for a very reasonable fee, and were friendly, honest, and helpful. Smart Prep will be my go-to in the future.

Smart Prep is the best! I took my car in for water damage and rodent damage, it was a total disaster. It's always so intimidating going to car shops, but Stephanie was so great. She was very transparent about everything and kept in constant communication the whole time my car was in the shop. I know next to nothing about cars, but she was so friendly in answering all the questions I had. The quality of their work is also top notch. If you're looking for a place to fix your car, this is it.

I was referred to and had the pleasure of meeting the Smart Prep Automotive Reconditioning Inc family. They repaired some relatively minor body damage to our company vehicle in a pinch! We love Smart Prep! The tires on my car had a bunch of curb rash and a had slight dent on the side of the car that I wanted fixed and they took such great care of my car you can't even tell it was there to begin with. I came to learn about this place from a paintless dent removal guy I’ve used a few times. When I called him about a recent PDR, he said he wasn’t certain he could do the work and recommended this place. Said he had worked there in the past and that I’d be happy with what they could do. The repair I wanted done was to fix the bottom corner of my driver’s side door that I caught on a gas station post. I drove over thinking I’d get an estimate and probably have to set an appointment for another day. I happened to show up near closing time and the owner’s daughter (working the front desk) took me out to meet her dad, Jim. Jim took a look and said he’d be right back. I guess they weren’t too busy because he came back with the tools necessary and fixed my door in just a few minutes! Outstanding place of professionalism, great personal connection and that old school, family business environment. While I was there I had the pleasure of speaking with one of Jim’s employees, who also helped out with a bit of touch up paint. He seemed like a genuinely happy employee who jumped right in at an opportunity to help out. It was a really nice experience and I was very pleased with the job they had done during my short visit. I will definitely come back for other necessary repairs or auto detail needs. Feels like I made a couple of new friends!

Like it never even happened!! Jim, Stephanie and the whole crew at smart prep did such a great job of taking care of us. I thought I would be needing to replace the entire fender...we are so glad that we used smart prep, they were quick with a reasonably priced quote and exceeded our expectations by massaging out the dent and saving us a lot more time and money. I've found a Gem, of quality and professional body work on my BMW, Joe was incredibly assuring me that could remove the dents and scratches and match paint the color. Joe and his AMAZING team are some of the best people I have ever met. As a young girl it’s hard to find people I can trust to take care of my car without feeling taken advantage of and the great people at smart prep really treated me like family and took the time to explain everything they were doing in extreme detail, they gave me an amazing price on not only my body work but a brand new paint job going absolutely above and beyond in every way they could. AVOID AT ALL COST!!! I was involved in a minor hit and run accident back in September of 2022 and was looking for a good body shop for repairs I somehow stumbled upon this shop and seen 5 star reviews on google so i decided to repair my car here. So to start off my car was at this shop for a little over a month i stay in Moreno Valley Ca they made me drive to "pick up my car" 3 seperate times. The first time i went they had over spray on plastic trims, interior, and windows and I told them I wasn't taking the car like that so they told me I would have to come back another day because all body shop personnel had already gone home....Ok perfect went on my way back home they call me back 2 days later that "the car was ready for pick up". Off i go to pick up my car for the second time when i get there everything looked clean but this time when I go to pop my trunk it was struggling to open...visually there is a bigger body gap from the trunk to the body so once again they told me i would have to come back another day to pick up my car so they could have one of their personnel take a look at it for repairs. 1 whole week went by and they call me to pick up my car finally when i get there everything looked clean, trunk opened I could still see a slight gap difference from the trunk to body of the car, but not too bad to bother me so ok I left it like that I picked up my car and everything was good. Now 3 Years later i get in another accident on the quarter panel took to another body shop for a estimate and they asked if my car was in a accident before. I say yes it was they show me pictures of the rear trunk frame all bent starting to rust looks like they beat it out with a hammer put a new bumper trunk and called it a day not to mention my carfax shows Airbags were also deployed even though they were not you been warned best of luck to you.

I had a little mishap and my garage door smashed my roof antenna on my car, I got a great quote from Smart Prep and proceeded to get it fixed through them. Not only were they fast but they did a great job and were super professional. My roof antenna got fixed the day before it rained which I thank them. If you need body work done on your car, this is the place to use!! Stephanie was a huge help too!!

I have never received more courteous customer service from a business. From the first phone call with Stephanie to simply inquire about their process, I felt so at ease. Every single person I interacted with was knowledgeable without being boisterous, kind, and proactive. I received near daily updates on the status of my car, when I had any sort of question, I could call and someone would be there to answer and clear any concerns I had.
