First and foremost i would like to start off by saying I am extremely grateful for Smartfix Auto Repair and the time and hospitality shown while working with the business. Overall the experience was wonderful and a breeze with the help of Hec. He was very straight forward and explained everything he was doing and needed, as well as made valid suggestions on what my car could use. He was very proud and confident in his work which also allowed me to feel confident learning new information from him. After the work was completed he made sure the issues I brought to his attention were solved and taken care of before heading out. Smartfix came out to me and his timing was impeccable even with some unexpected bumps that came up while working. Needed help separating a wheel hub assembly from the knuckle, but it was rusted on. Hecmar was there within the hour and only charged $160. He separated it so easily he helped put the vehicle back together cause he felt bad. He even came back, free of charge, due to me hearing a thumping noise, which ended up being unrelated. Will definitely use this company again.
