"Yesterday, I encountered a flat tire while on a job for a customer and called State Farm for assistance. They dispatched a driver, but unfortunately, he appeared to lack the necessary skills and enthusiasm for the job. After struggling to remove the tire from my van, he left without completing the task. Fortunately, State Farm quickly sent a new driver named Sean to take over. Sean arrived promptly and was eager to assist. With professionalism and efficiency, he took charge of the situation, successfully fixed the tire, and got us back on the road in no time. It happens to the best of us 🤦🏽‍♀️; keys locked in car. Sean of Smith and Johnson roadside was quick , efficient and professional. Approximately 4-6 minutes to resolve. Another benefit is the company is a black-owned small business. I’d highly recommend.

Incompetent, Ignorant, & Unprofessional. They were dispatched by AAA for a dead battery in hotel parking lot at midnight. I was instructed to wait for them in the lobby. I didn't realize given that it was after midnight my do-not -disturb was on automatically. I waited for them in the lobby. I was told the eta was 75 min or less, They were there within 7 min - which is a great response time - but I wasn't expecting them so fast, so I hadn't checked my phone yet to make sure I didn't miss a call. I missed two calls and 3 text messages. I texted and called back within 4 min of the last text from the driver, and they ignored my calls and left me stranded and having to wait til morning. They couldn't even bother to come into the lobby as planned, couldn't even find my car which they admitted, or even find the correct parking-lot. Such a horrible, hostile work ethic, I hope they get delisted from AAA.

Amazing I was stranded with my 10yo I was told a bit over an hour to change a complete flat. He was there within 15 minutes. Amazing service. Over 10 stars. Told me everything I needed to know for driving on a donut tire. I asked for business cards to refer people. Very satisfied with this service.

The service man arrived to my vehicle in less than 20 minutes, was very professional, answered all of my questions and did not rush replacing my tire with the spare. I felt safe and was reassured that I would make it home safely on the donut. I live 45 minutes away from where I received roadside assistance. Excellent job 👏🏽.

This company has very good brake service. During my experience, they flushed my old brake service and added new fluid. They also replaced the pads and adjusted the braking mechanisms back to my liking. They also provide help for lock outs if you’re locked out of your car. The price is very good for the service. I recommend to everyone! :)
