If only I could rate this 0 stars. I called up Smith's mobile to ask for a part replacement on my car. He proposed a deal for him to take me out on a "date" in which he would pay for the full part on the car. This situation made me extremely uncomfortable and I had found out this is not the first time Smith had proposed this to other women. I will never do business with a person that has made me so uncomfortable between a person and business relationship.

We had our car hit by a drunk driver on our property and needed a damage estimate for insurance purposes. We have been through so much from this car accident and patience has been running thin. Rick was here within minutes and honestly, was the NICEST, most GENUINE human beings I have ever spoke to. He put a smile on my face for the first time in over a week. You don't meet a lot of people like Rick, and I feel so lucky to have met him!!!

Tried to schedule timing belt replacement. He wanted to wait for summer, fine. Called and scheduled. Day of no call no show. I called and he said he forgot. So rescheduled. Called the day before to confirm this time. Who's this? What car? What's the issue. I said we have an appointment tomorrow. Oh ya cant do that tomorrow. I said we had an appointment again. Well cant make it. So rescheduled again. Get a text saying its going to cost double I didn't research your car. I said fine just need it done. Day of appointment I called to verify. Who's this? What car? What's the problem? I said your supposed to be here in an hour. Well cant do it no one available. If you want dependability call some who owns pen and paper so to not mess up and plans or work you may have.

We were stuck on HWY 101 in our 36 ft Class A motor home in a pretty rural part between Raymond and Aberdeen just barely over the fog line with cars and logging trucks buffeting our coach just inches away. It was late in the afternoon. We really shouldn’t park there after dark let alone an overnight. Of course, problems like this only seem to happen on Sunday afternoons. Our road club worked hours looking for a tow, no one wanted to come out. We switched to looking for a mobil mechanic and they found for us a couple of angels that “flew” from Olympia, 60 miles away. By the time they started on the coach it was close to 5PM. My wife was getting a little frantic when the part we had wasn’t right. These guys (Rick and Dwayne) calmed her by saying we will not leave you here tonight, we will fix this problem. They were calming and then stood by their word and their initial quote which was way more than fair. They drove 20 miles to a parts store open late that night and got the right part and of course that’s not the end of it. A relay acted up and kept the coach from starting and took another hour under the dashboard trouble shooting this problem. In the end they followed us to a campground nearby and made sure we got there safely. At 11PM! we asked our new friends into the coach, we settled the financial part and then shared a “soda” before they “flew” off. Truly very special people and good mechanics, with integrity, skill and kindness the likes which you don’t find anymore. As angles go, these guys may not be the prettiest, but I would call them again anytime.

My Suburban sat dead for over a year, and Rick and Chad were the only two who would not give up on getting it running. It was an impossible diagnosis with requirements of driving to Napavine and back to Shelton, finding someone to program a new ECM, and other issues once it actually got running. Communication was stellar, attitudes were professional, and their dedication was unparalelled. I will never use another mechanic. Absolutley unbelievable service. I'd give them 10 stars, if I could. I want to thank Rick an his trusty co pilot (I don't recall his name, my apologies) "for working on my purchased a week earlier '08 Lexus today on a Sunday!" The day prior Saturday, I was @ my son's Football game no issues with the car till I was leaving, there was zero power, tried jumping it with no luck, so I had to call a tow truck to rescue me! Had it towed to my home an the next day, Sunday I called Rick seeing he had 5+ STAR reviews I knew he was a good mechanic to call. "I thought my car was doomed or @ least my wallet when all these thoughts was running thru my mind on what could this zero power could B or how much would this issue cost me, I hadn't a clue." Rick an his buddy are a great team, they figured out the problem in no time, it was a dead ground wire to the battery! Now my car is running I can drive to work now, take my sons to football an do all the things we need to do for our families! I'm so greatful for you, Rick an his buddy! Had Rick along with several diesel mechanics working at the same time. fantastic, worked on the problem all day long. Identified all the problems- Both fuel pumps in my 2004 5.9 cummins 2500 had to be replaced. they did an excellent job, even made sure I got a good deal on the new parts installed. i will use them again as I need some exhaust work they said they can fix also. They took the truck for a test drive -started right up(normally doesn't so that). Works fantastic - It's hard finding a good diesel mechanic to do quality work. Did very clean work. Rick makes it easy to get your car serviced, and they do it in your driveway-so no tow truck bill. They'll work around your schedule. Thanks again to Rick Smith and crew.

These guys helped me out in the past and even though today I had to cancel because of my own negligence, ( my truck just needed some gas), they even offered to scoop me up when I was walking the jug back to my truck. Pretty much made me pay 65$ to tell me my oil was low when it was on a hill and oil was topped off the same day. Then made a appt two days later to supposedly fix what the real issue was only to no call no show. Called two times and heard no communication back. Learn to communicate better with clients. It’s not hard to pick up the phone and say “I can’t work on your car” so you don’t waste my time as well. SMH don’t waste your time on these guys. Very unprofessional.

Rick came to our rescue when our diesel truck overheated and died on I-5. It was 95 degrees out, we were on our way home from vacation & towing a 26’ trailer, and we had our three dogs with us, so we were in quite the pickle. When I called the local Dodge dealer, they told us they couldn’t see our truck until the next day, and then what would we do with our trailer, dogs, and all of our belongings? Within 10 minutes, four guys showed up, including a certified diesel mechanic. They quickly diagnosed our problem (water pump went out) and had us back on the road in no time. I think this repair would have cost a lot more if we had taken the truck to the dealer. I won’t subtract any stars for this, but Rick does not accept credit cards and wanted to be paid by cash or check. When it became evident that our repair bill would be larger than what he originally expected, he seemed hesitant about accepting a check and wanted us to drive with him to an ATM, as we didn’t have that much cash on us. He ultimately ended up accepting our check for the labor, but we had to drive with him to Autozone so we could pay for the parts with our credit card. In this day and age, he needs to get set up for credit card payments. Perhaps he doesn’t realize that a card reader can be attached to your cell phone. All in all, we were very happy with & incredibly grateful for his roadside assistance and so relieved we didn’t have to tow our rig elsewhere for repair. Thanks Rick!!!

This person is terrible. They completely ruined my brand new engine on my vehicle. Because I simply didn’t have the tools. Rick broke a bunch of parts on my engine and left me worse off then what I was. I will be contacting my lawyer as I have found out this isn’t a licensed or registered company with the DOR OR IRS. and i will be reporting this company to the Secretary of State. For legal actions.
