Had my truck for 3 weeks , promising me that it would be worked on the following day everyday for those 3 weeks . Told me they didn’t have time but didn’t express that when I dropped it off. Will never be brining a single vehicle to this shop ever again . Highly advise you seek repairs elsewhere , all they know how to do is change oil and tires . Outside of that they change parts when there code reader tells them too . Gave me a nasty attitude when the codes were cleared on my truck because they then did not know how to fix the problem . Please don’t allow them to waste your time like they did mine and make you feel like your the problem

Let me just say, a great place to go. I was doing some of my own work and I got stuck. Walked in to their place, asked for help. They got me fixed up in 10 minutes. Offered to pay them for their time and knowledge. They said as that is ok. In a time where everyone is trying to make a buck, it was refreshing that they took the time to help a guy out. Hands down one of friendliest and honest auto repair shops I have ever used in my life and I’m old lol In 2 visits SNS saved me over $4000. The first was a mid diagnosed oil leak that 1 shop wanted to replace the transfer case and it was a leaky power steering hose. The second was a part supply company misquoted the price ( a $1000 mistake) and SNS made the supplier stick to his quote. Both could have cost me a huge out of pocket expense and SNS was honest about it all. This shop is kept very clean. In fact I seen them actually mopping the shop floors and that just shows the work ethic of this place. Thank you for on time honest repair. I hope you all take your cars to SNS for work

Car broke down on the highway, towed it to Pep Boys. They told me I needed two new CV axles, a front diff, and an entire transfer case assembly. Invoice came out to $10,400. I then paid $300 to tow it from Apopka to Debary so SNS could take a look. They confirmed that the front diff was shredded, but only one CV axle need changing. Transfer case had no issues. They fixed the entire car for $3500. The people that own SNS and all the people that work there, are good, honest, trustworthy people. They could’ve lied and told me that all those parts were actually broken and I would’ve believed them. But they didn’t. They actually care about providing a good service to their community. DeBary is so lucky to have these guys, me especially. I forgot the name of the guy who worked on my Land Cruiser. Car is running perfectly. Please tell him how much I appreciate him. You guys have saved me not only $7k, but a lot of stress and frustration too. Thank you all so much. You’re good to order the front brakes too! I’ll be back around October.
