I washed my car at home with a pressure washer and then hand washed it. Then I thought I’d go and get the wax from the car wash. I put five dollars in and put it on wax then used most of the time to spray in that mode I then put it on spot free rinse and it trickled out a small stream of water (don’t think it works). Then I stood back and looked at my dirty car YES DIRTY I then went home and washed my car again this time taking the time to hand wax. THIS WAS A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!!!

Nice average diy carwash. Just like everything the cost per minute seems higher than in the past. $10 barely got my lil VW washed and vacuumed.

I've used this business twice to wash and clean my RV rig, a 23' Airstream and Toyota Tacoma. Not many places can handle an RV and I especially liked that I can wash with their wand myself and control the process. It was very affordable and the site manager, Jeremiah, was just awesome. He went out of his way to be helpful. I store my RV in Salem so I expect to use this service anytime the rig needs power washing. Thank you and mahalo to this business. Especially the manager, Jeremiah!

Edit: I was finally able to catch up during the middle of the week and make a phone call. I was greeted with an extremely kind employee who refunded me my money and also a little bit extra to successfully vacuum out my car. I would definitely recommend returning or visiting this business. (Put $3 in to vacuum. Made a nose like it was going to turn on and never did! No button to refund $ no attendant on Sunday. Called to a full voicemail box and hung up on. How do I get customer service?)

Pressure was good. I didn't get any soap until the very last part of the soap cycle. I fed about 6 bucks in quarters in. That was a pain to hold the sprayer and feed quarters. I am sure there is a better way. I am a novice. Overall, I would say it was cheaper and more effective than the automatic car was down the street.

I recently went there to rinse my car off and used my debit card. I sprayed it with soap once, and I used a high pressure rinse once, and it charged me 10 bucks, which I thought was high. Then I woke up this morning with it being updated my charge and charged my card an additional 8.49 dollars I was pissed. Yes, I had issues with card acceptor, but I feel like they stole from me. I will never be back and recommend that you save your money and go somewhere else. This was on 8/14/2023. It is NOT A PRE AUTHORIZATION IT IS A FINAL BILL. LIKE YOU SAID IN PREVIOUS REVIEW IT CHARGES 15 DOLLARS MINE IS 18.50 DOLLARS SO THATS A LIE I KNOW HOW TO READ A STATEMENT!so quit lieing to potential customers to make you look good.

I go out of my way to use this place as little as possible. I have yet to go here and have everything work correctly. My last visit was the worst yet the soap was barely working and my truck looked like someone rubbed gas all over it. So I had to go home and rewash it losing hours of my day. Definitely use this location with caution. I will personally drive just about anywhere else if I have the time. Best of luck.

Just moved into town. Due to living in a Apartment building I can no longer wash my vehicles. I read the negative reviews on here but I decided to give this spot a shot since it's the only "Wash your own vehicle " spot I used the coin method. $3.50 to start. (Not a problem) since I estimated spending 10 dollars on the wash my SUV. Well here's were everything starting going wrong. The prewash setting didn't work. I pressed the sprayer over and over and it had no pressure. ( my sons water guns squirts more than the prewash setting). I said screw it ,instead of wasting time and money i went straight to the high pressure soap,followed by the soap brush. Time started running low so I had my wife add the tokens while I brushed. I told her to add another dollar so she continuously added 4 token. she yelled at me and said no time was added after the coins. I told her to smack the machine maybe the coins got stuck. I added 4more coins and it just ate them without adding time. I literally had my car full of soap and I ran out of time and the machine had taken $2.00 . I was upset so I decided to call management to get compensation. I got a voicemail at 2pm ,left a message but it's been 4 days and no call back. At this point I was stuck having to use my debit card. Proceeded with card which charges you 15dollars to start then refunded. All in all not a great experience. Wash is outdated. Management sucks due to no call back and I also believe it's unfair that you need to be pre charged 15dollars to get started.. will not return.

I paid to use the vacuum twice, which should have been only $8 but was charged $15.01? Tried calling and the voice-mail is full. I'm trying to get a partial refund as I'm traveling and every bit of money counts a lot for me. The vacuums were great otherwise. I've been car camping for two weeks for work and now you can't even tell.

Every time I come here I get over charged. I paid (double) $10.01 for $5 of coins - (only enough to spray off dirt) This occurs when I use the card reader in the bay or the token dispenser, I get over charged. I recommend using cash if you choose to do your business here.

It should have only been $12 but I was overcharged $17 on 5/11. It has never been corrected even though it has been almost a month on my credit card. For the soap and rinsing only, even for $12 it was not worth it.

Took my motorcycle in on 9 September to just rinse it off using my debit card. To this day they still have charged me $15. I have called and left 5 messages on the customer service number with no one calling me. With how many people are complaining about this I am thinking it is just their standard business to rip people off! Five messages and no response!! Except for the cut and paste response below that apparently they did not even read my review because it has been almost a month now and nothing from them! This place is set up to scam your money! Charged me $15 to use their services for less than five minutes And will not return my calls!

Dumpster fire would clean my vehicle better than this facility: wash brushes have been sacrificed to every and all orfices and should have been replaced years ago. Repeatedly lost water and/or pressure while trying to wash my vehicle resulting in loss of time...which eats up the money inserted.. I ended up rewashing my vehicle at a different location Ive tried to reach out multiple times without a response.

More expensive than the most expensive drive-through car wash in town. Recommend only for vehicles that don't qualify for drive-thru car washes. No listed price per minute anywhere, only a minimum charge... Edit: added photos to prove there is no price information posted

This place is a slum lords ideal business.. I've tried coming here 3 times maybe 4 in the last 2 months. Not all washing bags work, the ones that do don't have wax (twice) the vaccums your lucky if 50% of them work. I'm done. My money is going else where. Forgot location when you need to make multiple stops to get what you want. Why encourage this type of service anywhere.

Terrible! The owner is a very rude man. The owner came over and started messing with my car wash. Didn’t say he was the owner! Acted like a creep. The machines don’t work. There is no wax just water in the wax. The card readers don’t work. The brushes are in poor condition. The owner is an absolute CREEP! Stay safe ladies! Avoid this location!

Worst car wash in the area. Every quarter or tokens gets you 10 seconds added. Minimum of $4 dollars or 16 tokens to even start the machine. Minimum of $2.00 to even start the vacuums. Place is total rip off for the quality of wash. Would be better off driving through a neighbors sprinkler system.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews but I feel like my hard earned money has been going to waste every time I use this place. Their brushes are old and are in need of replacing. Soap is very watered down. This used to be my favorite car wash but I think I may need to go spend my money elsewhere now.
