Today my husband and I went to Soapy Jeff’s to get our truck washed. We were extremely disappointed by both the service and the quality of the wash. After the wash, our truck sat for 20 minutes before any staff wiped it down. The young lady that should have been tending to our truck was too busy on her phone. Meanwhile all the other customers that came after us left before us. So our wait time was much longer. When they finally finished, it was clear that they hadn’t paid any attention to detail. Dirt and grime were still visible in several areas, and they missed spots on the windows and wheels. The interior leather backseat had scratch marks that wasn’t there before. For the price I paid, I expected a much more clean and thorough job. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this car wash to anyone looking for quality service. Save your time and money, and look elsewhere!

Had the worst experience ever I was a loyal customer to this car wash for over 10 years, Friday 6/7/2024 was a regular day needing a truck wash. I noticed workers acting funny and making comments the machine broke and did not do a good job is why we are taking longer to clean it. Truck was done started driving when I noticed my windshield was broken!!! I was panicking I questioned the workers they said there is no manager we did not do it no further information will be provided. Come back tomorrow manager will be here. Manager was rude and disrespectful I called police is not criminal we can do nothing about it…..A stop in the car wash cost me $500 be careful they have people not trained properly…poor service Avoid!!

Slow service and staff is more interested in socializing with each other then doing their job. They are not even making repairs that are needed and basic. The door has been missing a doorknob for months. I have been coming here for years. The service and staff were GREAT! The staff was friendly and greeted you and made you feel like they cared you were there. But then the owner decided to change management and then the customer service went down hill. This location use to be busy almost all the time but not there are a lot less customers and the service takes 2 to 3 times as long.

Terrible job. I bought the upgraded package that is $56. Waste of my money. Large, obvious debris left in floors, didn't clean console, the interior door and handles were left very greasy feeling. Very unsatisfied. Will not use the wash again.

I took my car to Soapy Jeff’s for a full detail inside and out….WOW , when I picked up the car I was having flashbacks of the day I bought it! It looked amazing. Every little nook and crack had been carefully touched and cleaned. The carpets looked brand new! Highly recommend Soapy Jeff’s !

I’m 7 months pregnant, so I was excited to bring our truck here because my husband has heard good things and I get worn out so quickly. I got the $56 package (highest you can get without an appointment), and had completely cleaned out the truck before coming in to make cleaning it as easy as possible. After about 1 1/2 hours I pick it up and the outside looks pretty good, but the inside looks like they barely did anything. There was dirt on a seat that I was able to wipe off with my hand, the console doesn’t look vacuumed at all and the doors are still dirty. I feel like I wasted $40 and I still have to clean the whole truck myself. Just really disappointing, I’m glad I didn’t get the gift card too.

A clean car is at the top of the list for me, so I’ve had several monthly plans at different places…. Soapy Jeff’s is by far this best car wash/detail place I’ve been to. They exceeded every expectation I had in every area. To say that they’re friendly is an understatement, to say they do a great job on my cars is an understatement. The best way I can explain it is to tell you to come try them and see for yourself how great they are. It’s not just a “car wash/detail shop” for me, they have become family!!!!

Don't get an oil change when it's cold outside. They don't run the heat and leave the backdoor open. It was freezing inside and even though I was the only one there, it still took about 20 minutes. Then he couldn't reset the oil change light on my car. I asked him if anyone could do it, and he told me his boss was pretty busy at the moment (working on another vehicle in the garage). I was glad I made him get his boss, but it sucked staying even longer with it being so cold.

I wish there was Zero score that I should put. They clean my car very badly and they charged me $180 to clean everything but they didn’t do the job perfectly and they vacuumed the car and that vacuum took couple items from my car,I talked with the supervisor but he ignored. They are ridiculous and there not happy and not good service at all. Bad experience, don’t recommend anyone there.

My husband and I went to Lake Worth for the first time and found Soapy Jeff’s. We met Mike and Jesse and several of the crew we were so impressed with them and the Job Preformed our Ram truck is Red and looks like it just left the showroom. In fact we purchased the $200 gift card for the future washes we will drive from Weatherford to Lake Worth!!! Thank You.

Don’t look any further, you have found the BEST carwash, a detail!! First off I contacted them, to ask about details packages I spoke with manager Pedro amazing young man, The moment I spoke with him he was on top of things made this whole experience possible!! I wanted to surprise my son who I came to visit. Well his car love practically brand new he did an amazing job the team there this young lady was in charge of the detail part it was just an all-around amazing experience the front desk girl I think her name is destiny she was so nice and professional I highly recommend this car wash shop! I even got a gift card for the holidays for the whole family!! Thank you again for an amazing experience and a fabulous looking car my son is super happy!! I only wish I took more photo.

Second time I've tried these guys the first time the windows weren't clean this time the windows aren't clean the seats weren't wiped down when I asked them to wipe them down they use Windex to clean the seats, leather seats... just be aware of what you're getting into.
