If you get a coupon for a free Car Wash, it doesn’t work. I tried multiple times I’m hearing from other people that their codes don’t work so I think it’s just a scam to get people here so if you travel out of your way to come here for a free Car Wash you’re gonna get scammed. Let’s see hopefully the Car Wash is worth the $21

Update: They upgraded me to the touch less wash for free and the quality of wash was amazing. I will go there again. Went there to get a free car wash but the code didnt work. When i went inside to talk to someone they said its not for the touch less. Please specify on your promos clearly before wasting people’s time.

Went thru the car wash and at the end as I was pulling off the tracks that guide your car along I heard a thud on the passenger rear side of my car. When I came home and got out to check out my car I realized it scratched the crap out of my rear rim! Super upsetting as I just purchased my car less then 3 weeks ago!

Went to Soapy’s today to clean up the rig. I was asked which wash, I told the attendant (Brian) whatever will shine her up, get rid of the dog slobber and take care of the brake dust please. He said you got it sir! I paid and he pre-treated & scrubbed what he had to, and I went through. The vehicle came out M I N T ! This isn’t the first time I’ve come here and I get great results every time no matter which service I use. Soapy’s manager, Brian was VERY polite and professional. He takes care of customers and is great at it! Please make sure he is recognized, as this is what brings customers & retains employees.

I came here with a free car wash offer (see pic), and there were two people that could’ve helped me, but let me know, “I don’t work for free.” And wouldn’t lift a finger to help me even though it would’ve taken one second. Seems like a real class organization. If you want my business and I drive by here every week, someone will call me up and fix this. I would avoid this place like the plague if this is the kind of customer service they offer

Been coming here for years and it's usually been fine, last 3 times I've gone I've been charged 15$ for self wash for less than 10 minutes. Last trip was 6 minutes still 15. Might as well do an auto wash at that point or go elsewhere for cheaper. Took them 8 months or longer to fix a leaking connection on the hose which sucked to use over the winter. Idk if the prices just changed or what because I haven't noticed a posted rate for self wash but not worth 15$ to wash my myself especially for 6 minutes.

Ran my truck through the $12. Wash, Mike was on scene with a tech replacing and dialing in the new machines in each bay. Truck didn't fully get rinsed from the soap. Mike was super accommodating to make it right and had my truck re-washed and provided additional wash codes to use in the foreseeable future due to the inconvenience. Been getting my vehicles washed here for years and trust no other place. Thanks again Mike!

Love Soapy's! Only car wash I will go to. The car wash attendants are great. They do a thorough job of pre-washing your vehicle prior to entering the tunnel. Phil is super friendly and always greets each customer with a big smile. He really makes my day! Thank you Soapy's, Staff & Phil!

Put a 20 in the machine for a 13 dollar wash. The machine said " there is no change, please see attendant. Well I waited for both the attendant for quite some time to get out of there cars and go to the office. And confidently that was the time they where now closed and have no cash... "ok can I have a coupon for the change," just a blank stair from both attendants for an award amount of time and frustrating enough to say back... " lock your doors then and wait till my wash is done before clocking out" smh incompetence and plain rude should not be tolerated. And on another note. The 13 dollar wash was definitely... definitely not worth it.

I have always been very pleased with the touch-free wash here, but my recent experience when there was an equipment failure only increased my satisfaction with Soapy's. My wait time was quite long, but Mike, who was dealing with the issue , was very busy talking to his customers and directing traffic to keep things as best as possible. He gave me a generous number of free washes as compensation for the delay. Mike really cares about customer satisfaction, and I strongly recommend Soapy's.
