The self service bays do not work properly! They don’t have tire cleaner like it says, The high pressure soap doesn’t spit soap and the brush doesn’t have soap coming from it and when it did for a brief moment it was so watered down that there was zero bubbles on my car at all! The high pressure rinse did worked.. thank god oh and the high pressure wax.. non existent. . so if u need to use water then this is the place but if your looking to wash your own vehicle… DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!

Fantastic car wash. Very clean, and good condition equipment. One of the only car washes around that has both self serve or tunnel wash. And I love that the self serve takes credit cards, and it automatically times out after a set time in case I forget to stop it before I drive off. And Manger is fantastic as well. A pleasure doing business here.

My husband and I both have memberships here and have renewed them over the past few years. It is a great deal for a great car wash every time! The attendants are always friendly and efficient. I have a white car, so it gets dirty easily. The convenience of Soft Suds makes life so much easier! Highly recommend!

High pressure wash at the self service is like I took a piss on my car. Check 2 of the 4 stalls same pressure. No soap either except out of the brush

My go to car wash! They are exceptionally nice here. I'm claustrophobic and struggle driving in car washes- the team at Soft Suds took my car through for me! That's a level of service, care and concern you don't find every where!

Very bad pressure wash on self car wash very disappointed that the credit card charge me $10 on hold. They only give me back $3.50. You know you should put a sign to tell customers that the machine doesn’t work properly because the pressure is very slow once you start using it, the pressure comes fast at once, then stops and goes very slow and it won’t wash your car properly. Plus the fact that I didn’t get my car wash in my car is all wet now and not clean. Thanks for this car wash so I do not recommend to come here unless they fix the machines properly.

This is my favorite car wash because it's usually not packed. Pricing is reasonable and you can usually get in and out relatively quick. Only down side is half the time you've got try a few vacuums to find one that works. 🤷♂️

Everything bad, the water has no pressure and the soap comes out like dirty water. I lost my money on this. I do not recommend it. This carwash is very bad.

The car wash itself does a great job and the people who work there are wonderful and polite! However, the vacuums are outdated and oftentimes are not as strong in their suction. But ... Compared to similar car washes they are a step above! Looking forward to all the upgrades coming up soon! Like next week I think! Woot woot! 🤩

I have 3 of there car wash cards with 6 washes on each of them and went yesterday to find out that they don’t accept the cards anymore because they were bought out! Was told to email them but I have no response BEWARE

Most vacuums were down and no seat shampoo vacs either. Go to Dracut car wash on lakeview ave. Hes an American and he cares about keeping his machines much nicer. Support local people

I have the unlimited monthly pass here. They are always very nice and wash is done well and quickly. Today was EXCEPTIONAL. The person working around 10AM gave my hood a good scrub before I entered and got gunk off my car that had been there for weeks even after other washes. It was probably sap. I appreciate the extra care and effort. Made my day.

Valentine's day wash was not so good. The guy only spray pre wash and used the brush only on the back of the car. The sides and front where still dirty after coming out the other side. Just laziness on the part of the guy manning the car wash. Also I thought the rotating brushes where out too far that day.

Went through the touchless wash as I usually do to get some salt off my truck in 20 degree weather and it put soap on the truck then the door opened for me to pull through without rinsing at all. When I pulled around to talk to the guy, he said to his co worker “oh this is the truck that broke it” then said they can not do anything about it. I asked for my money back and he said he can only turn on the handwash for me. My truck has been through there plenty of times and never a problem. This place is awful. Used to be good but lately it’s always something wrong with their equipment.

If I could give a zero I would. This car wash is the worst. I’ve tried many times hoping it would get better and gave it one more try today (new owners) but this place does NOT clean your car it doesn’t matter what wash you choose. The side brushes barely even touched my car. Even the bays are terrible. Water is horrible. Never again.

New owners. Does a terrible job on the tailgate of my SUV three times now- I have to wash it myself- why bother going through a car wash? ‘Free’ vacuums. I’d rather pay for a vacuum that actually works- three didn’t turn on at all and the others were clogged. Apparently maintain the equipment is a thi g of the past. And they no longer accept cash- they’ll no longer get my business.
