This auto shop is one of the best! I bought a used VW Tiguan and it’s been great. After about 10,000 miles or so (I do a lot of driving go figure) A few issues popped up turbocharger, suspension, of course oil change, breaks, the basics. And the owner of the shop works on the vehicles and shows me each of the items; what’s wrong with it, what it is supposed to look like, how it is supposed to work and why it is broken on the vehicle itself. This shows me he isn’t trying to scam you, he’s an honest man that knows what he’s doing, every repair has been done professionally and without any complaints. He’s willing to work with you, work on the worst issue of the vehicle first and slowly work on the lighter things as your finances allow. I will continue to bring my little used VW and any other German vehicles to Solid Auto Care for service.

Came to this place as it was recommended to me, knowing exactly what needed to be done and how it needed to be done. Yes it can be a difficult task but I also was being charged a ridiculous amount for having my own parts. I was told I wasn’t the mechanic, (like I don’t know MY car at all) that it needed other things or he wasn’t gonna do anything. People should just listen more, due to this small thing not being done has put a wrench in my life due to the part not being fixed and the car braking down hundreds of miles away from home. Very disappointing when I was willing to fork over the 400$ to fix it and knowing I wasn’t gonna have any more money but now I don’t ha e a car ither

Yannic is amazing very thorough, and reasonably priced. Love this guy. I wanted to fix my moms car whonhad passed away it was sentimental for me. 2010 Nissan RAV 4 116000 miles but it was mom's. He restored it back it drives like new. Their was so may things but he worked on it for over a month. I am so grateful to him. He said " I treated it like it was mine". My guy for life

Drove by there yesterday with a question and not sure if it was the owner but a white man who was there was very rude and seemed very ignorant… maybe he hadn’t had his coffee yet and it was too early for him but really an unpleasant experience when you go there smiling and friendly only to be shut down by a grumpy old man taking his attitude out on you, Yikes!

Have been going to this business for probably 5 years now if not longer. My bmw (had it for all those years) is well taken care of and barely has issues. I am always recommended what should be replaced/fixed for maintenance or if everything is fine. Love this place. Moved 50 miles away and still drive here for even oil changes. I simply can’t trust anyone else with my car!
