Very bad experience, I took one of my vehicles to this shop which was highly recommended by a mechanic I know, I have a electrical issue with the vehicle my mechanic forward me to this shop. Five stars that I'm reading wasn't applied to me. They charge me two hundred dollars for a diagnostic and claimed they fix the problem, they didn't do nothing but took my money, when I took it back for them to address the issue they tell me to replace the ground battery cable and wanted to charge a additional one hundred thirty five dollars. They also tell me my battery was dead I told them the battery was a week old, after I left there shop i went back to O'Reilly's and had the battery tested battery was good. Why didn't you address this issue the first time. SMH. I told them I will pick up my vehicle, the point is I paid two hundred dollars thinking my car was fixed the first time. The car died several times and the issue wasn't resolved. These guys seem to work only for friends, a regular customer there taking you for a ride, leave this shop alone there not professional at all. THEY'RE CROOKS!!!

Terrible reception upon entering for a question on an auto repair quote. They seemed very uninterested unless I give them $200 for a diagnosis for what I already know needs to be done. Just like the major car auto stores that just want your money. No thanks! I know where to go to avoid that scam. Just wanted to know if you could come in better than the quotes I've already received for free! That’s why it’s a quote, then if you find anything else, then charge accordingly. Not here and not for me…

I got my car smogged and registered here. Super convenient. One stop shop. As a woman I'm kinda scared to go to auto shops because I'm afraid of getting ripped off. But they made me feel comfortable. They have a huge showroom/ waiting area. I'm glad I had a place to sit to stay out of the heat. They do mechanical and auto body work as well. If I ever need my car fixed I’m coming back here.

I just got my car back… wow! It looks brand new! I came in for a paint job for my 10 year old cThey went above and beyond. Changed the windshield, fixed a five year old dent and they have great customer service. They were very communicative through the process and so helpful. Talking to the manager, he’s such a cool guy. Definitely go here auto work. They know exactly what they are doing!

Recently got into a minor accident, I was referred by some friends to take my van here. I did call around to check availability and every shop was booked out for a month or longer. But I called Darren at Sonoma Auto Center and he stated he was available right away to start working on the van. I brought it over and Dominic got me setup and answered any questions I had. They were very professional and kept me updated throughout the whole process. They were also quick, I got the van back in a week and the van honestly looks better than when I bought it. Im so happy everything went smoothly. They definitely deserve the 5 stars for both quality of work and excellent customer service. If I ever need any repair work again, I'll be going back here for sure.

I recently had my car repainted by Sonoma Auto Repair. They went over and above normal service by removing extra scratches to insure a perfect job. They even polished my head lamps as a bonus. My car looks showroom perfect. Their courtesy and kindness is a mark of professional well trained staff. I recommend them for any body repairs. As a side note, I mentioned I needed a smog check and they made time to do it in less than 15 minutes. Their prices are fair and makes me want to tell the world, this is the best body repair shop in the Bay Area. Joel

I am honestly impressed by this shop. They did a very professional job with paint and body work on my Genesis. My car has a custom matte white paint color, they were able to match it no problem. My car looks brand new again. I highly recommend these guys!
