If I could give 100 stars I would. Mike Weseman build my home in Grand Oaks. Sound Ideas installed the alarm system and cameras and surround sound. I am an EMR hospital programmer and I was not equipped to understand the wiring in my home. I remember my very first phone call to sound ideas after my close. I have 5 dachshunds and at the time I closed on my house my daughter was 15 and she was ordering packages to decorate the house. Needless to say, every time a package was delivered my doorbell rang and my dogs lost their minds. Imagine 5 dachshunds barking while you are working from home. I called sound ideas and Tracy answered. She said Mike Weseman gave me the best alarm system possible and we laughed together. She sent Paul to my house in a matter of a few hours and he reprogrammed my entire system. Again, there are not enough stars for sound ideas

Paul B. has worked with me twice to upgrade my sound system, once 10-12 years ago and again this year. He is an expert in his field and is a fair businessman. His technical team was great. Tyler and Scott did an outstanding job of delivering the new La Scala speakers and setting them up. They used the garage as a staging area to pack up the used equipment and left it in better shape than they found it. I found them to be knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. A newcomer to FL, I dropped in, and consulted with Jonathan, who sold me a brilliant Onkyo Integra receiver, and two magnificent "bookshelf" speakers: too heavy for most bookshelves. Always provide very thorough service! We recently had lightning strike near the house. While our home surge protection engaged, it still travelled the water lines and internet.
