Went to SB auto tech with a loud vibration, quick diagnostic found the drivetrain needed replacement. It was a big job but Will found a quality part at a great price and got the job done promptly. Wills a true professional and probably the friendliest mechanic I've met. He makes sure you leave happy. Prices are honest and fair. I feel confident he would never do unnecessary work. Awesome, honest, and very professional service! My car was making a weird thumping noise and when I brought it in to Will, he took a look at it for me and very quickly figured out the problem: it was my rear brakes. I was told by other businesses that I needed more done for my car and was dreading the costs (aka, ALL my brakes needed to be redone in addition to a few other engine-related things). Will was upfront with me and thoroughly explained things. He was also very patient with my questions. He has very fair pricing and did things in a timely manner. Amazing customer service! I also appreciate how neat and organized he kept his shop. Would highly, highly recommend going to him!

This is an honest one man shop with reasonable prices. I had an issue with my brakes making a whining noise ever since another shop in Southie changed my brakes/rotors about 2 years ago and recently had them inspected and was told the pads were well worn already. I gave Will a call on Friday afternoon and was able to get my car in to him right after I got off work for him to take a look and later that evening he gave me his assessment and recommendations. He only suggested what needed to be changed and was transparent about what work I'd need to do if I didn't change certain parts depending on if I were going to keep the car for long term vs short term. I opted to go for a full change in pads/rotors anyways and he was able to fit me in and get my car back in my hands within 24 hours. I believe he works on a lot of fleet vehicles so I would suggest calling ahead to see his availability as I may have just been lucky it wasn't as busy at the time. It has been about a month since my car was serviced and the brakes have been working much better than the last time they were changed and also no whining noted. Will was friendly, knowledgeable, and he was patient in answering any questions to make sure I felt comfortable with what we'd discussed. I'd highly recommend checking out Will's shop if you're in need of getting work done on your car.
