If I could leave a 6 star review I would based upon the superior service I have received on 2 separate incidents John goes beyond service . I had a nail protruding from the edge of my Pirelli tire and knew the tire needed to be replaced I reached out to a number of service locations but john responded rapidly so I selected his offer After a few back and forths by text, John arranged to order the tire This was at 10pm the day I contacted him He called next day to let me know the tire was in early and I could have the job done that afternoon The service person , Mike, was friendly and did the job quickly If you ever need tire repairs or new tires this is the place to go and receive great service and fair value

Everyone I have ever worked with at South Trail is amazing. They are customer focused, friendly, professional, trustworthy and respectful. Twice they have walked me through a couple of things to check/wait to see if the car really needed to be serviced. They easily could have taken my service fee and had me bring it in as I was calling to make an appointment. I appreciate the guys at South Trail and trust them completely.

I googled car maintenance specifically oil change. South trail Auto appeared in my search.and I saw it had great reviews. I live more than 30 minutes from the shop but the reviews convinced me to try them out. I have to say I had a great experience. The shop is an old “mom and pop” type place, worn down with very little parking available. All that said, i was treated very well, the oil change was quick and I felt right at home. I think I’ve found a mechanic I can trust. Thank you South Trail, you have one more customer for life.
