my husband & i are looking heavily into getting our endorsement and entering the motorcycle world so we decided to make the 40 minute drive to this harley to look around. the SECOND we walked in a woman ran to us and bombarded us with questions. when asked “do you ride” my husband said no, we’re trying to get into it though! the woman said ok, and walked away. whatever, i thought. within the next minute another man started straight toward us and had the same line of questioning. this time after learning we don’t ride yet, he just walked away without a word. a THIRD man did the same thing. then walked away awkwardly. no one asked if we signed up for the course there, needed gear, etc. they knew we wernt buying a bike, and stopped being friendly. so it’s obvious new riders arnt well taken care of here unless you’re spending money. so were now hesitant to take the new riders course at this location due to possibly being shamed/pressured, and it definitely put an unwelcoming taste in our mouth.

I must start by saying that I am not good with writing reviews. I would like to thank Chad for assisting me on the purchase of my new bike. When he told me that the bike was there, I honestly went down there with the mindset that I was not going to get the deal I wanted. Last time I purchase a new Harley was in 09 it was not a bad experience, but it was not fun. Last month I went all the way to Orlando HD and after negotiating an out the door price they decided to change the price last second, so I walked out of there you know how. But you guys made it fun and a good experience. Once again. Thank you for your assistance and the good memories.

My wife and I have been long-time customers of your dealership. We purchased both of our bikes from you years ago and had a great experience at that time. We have also attended several of your weekend events and have always enjoyed doing business with your team. Unfortunately, our most recent experience has completely changed our perception. We recently brought in our 2017 and 2018 bikes for their 10,000-mile services. The total cost exceeded $2,000, which we were comfortable paying because of the positive experiences we’ve had in the past. While the bikes were in, we also ordered upgrade parts — a riser extension for my wife’s bike and 12” handlebars for mine. We were told we needed to pay for the parts up front and that they would arrive in approximately two weeks. It has now been about three weeks, and we never received a call with an update. When I called your parts department, I was informed that they could not provide an arrival date because they had not communicated with the manufacturer since November — and that the salesperson should have informed us of that. I was then told a refund was possible, but I would need to drive to the dealership to process it. After waiting more than 30 minutes to speak with a manager, the service department told me they would get management approval and call back within 10 minutes. Over an hour later, we received a return call that I was unable to answer. My wife called back and spoke with Derrick, who refunded one of the purchases, but not the other. At this point, we feel we’ve been given the runaround. The lack of communication, inconsistent information, and difficulty resolving a simple refund has been extremely disappointing — especially considering our history with your dealership. We truly valued doing business with you in the past, but based on this experience, we will be taking our future purchases, service, and event participation elsewhere. We hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues internally so other customers do not have a similar experience.

on my way to Biketoberfest in Daytona on northbound 95 my rear tire on my street glide blue I was stranded on the freeway and I never made it to Daytona, but I did make it to Space Coast Harley DAVIDSON where they repaired my rear tire changed my brakes and checked for all other problems with my bike at the same time they had a carnival with motorcycles and all the trimmings so I never got to experience Daytona, but I was able to experience a small part of it at Space Coast Harley Davidson the service the sales department, the technicians everyone there make sure that I didn’t miss the Daytona experience and I really appreciate them after being stranded for five hours. They made the day worth it if I’m ever in that area I will definitely go again.

Well this is a long overdue review! First got my endorsement here. The riding coaches were excellent and helped me to get my license. They were very educational and patient! A year later on Sunday last week I got my first Harley! Only ones that I know of that let you test ride before you buy. And I ended up with a 2025 street bob! So thank you Austin for getting me the bike that best suits me and I love! Then I was low on oil came in and the service department took care of me! So from learning to ride, getting a new Harley, and the service/parts department, the overall experience has been amazing! Would definitely recommend Space Coast Harley Davidson. And if you looking for a great getaway they also have events! They truly are your one in all! Thanks Space Coast Harley for everything!

My bike was in an accident and it was brought to this dealership. Everything started out good but turned terrible after. My bike was dropped off at the beginning of November and I never heard anything from this dealership. If I wanted to try and get information I HAD TO CALL! I would get the run around and NOTHING was done. Last week I had my bike picked up and brought to a different dealership who has done more in a week then this dealership. Never again!

Here’s a clean, well-structured review you can post as-is. It keeps the facts clear and professional without overdoing it. ⸻ I had a very good experience with Space Coast Harley-Davidson. I had just moved to Cocoa Beach, and on my first day my motorcycle battery died, leaving me without transportation. I called the dealership and spoke with Derek in the service department. He clearly explained my options for getting the bike towed. After calling back to ask if they could handle the tow, everything was scheduled quickly. Brian came out the next day to pick up the bike. He arrived on time and, despite the difficulty of getting the tow truck into my neighborhood, he walked with me and physically helped push the bike to the truck. He was informative, easy to talk to, and shared helpful advice on how to keep my bike running longer. Since I’m new to the area, he also recommended local places to ride, which I appreciated. Once the bike arrived at the shop, Curtis called to explain what needed to be done and kept me updated on additional services that would help the bike run at its best. He explained everything clearly and made the process easy to understand. My motorcycle is now fully serviced and ready to ride. Thanks to the entire team for the solid service and communication.

Harley-Davidson Space Coast – Extremely Misleading and Unprofessional Experience Earlier this week, my family and I received a phone call from Harley-Davidson Space Coast inviting us to come in and trade our 2019 Harley-Davidson motorcycle. During that call, we were given very specific representations: we were told that the motorcycle we were interested in was priced at $17,999, and that we would be able to finance the transaction through Space Coast Credit Union under our business account. These representations were clear, direct, and presented as factual. Based entirely on those statements, we scheduled an appointment for Saturday at noon. Relying on the accuracy of what we were told, we packed up our three children and drove two hours to the dealership. Upon arrival, it quickly became apparent that the information provided to us over the phone was not consistent with reality. We were initially offered $15,000 for our trade-in. After additional waiting and discussions, that number was increased to $20,000. During this time, we were also informed that the price of the motorcycle we had been told was $17,999 was actually $35,778 — more than double what we were told before making the trip. At no point could anyone provide a reasonable explanation as to why the figures we were given over the phone were so drastically different from the numbers being presented in person. Instead, we were left sitting at the dealership for approximately six hours while the numbers continued to change and no one could give us a straight, consistent answer. At the end of this lengthy process, we were told that all banks had denied our financing, again without any meaningful explanation, despite the fact that we maintain good credit. No one could explain why we had been called in, why the numbers had changed so drastically throughout the day, or why the deal suddenly fell apart. After leaving the dealership, we contacted Space Coast Credit Union directly to understand why we had supposedly been denied. We were informed by the bank that we were, in fact, APPROVED. This raises very serious questions. Why were we told we were denied? Why were we invited to the dealership under pricing terms that were not accurate? Why did the trade value and sale price fluctuate throughout the day? And why were we kept at the dealership for six hours under circumstances that do not appear to have been transparent or consistent? This entire experience reflects a severe lack of communication, professionalism, and transparency. More importantly, it demonstrates a pattern of representations that were materially different from what was presented once we arrived in person. This was a complete waste of our family’s Saturday, requiring a two-hour drive each way with three young children, based on information that proved to be inaccurate. Customers should not be induced to travel to a dealership based on representations that are not honored upon arrival. We expect honesty, consistency, and good faith when dealing with a business of this size and reputation. Unfortunately, that is not what we experienced here. Proceed with caution if you are contacted by this dealership with promises regarding pricing, trade values, or financing. Our experience was the exact opposite of what was represented to us.

I went and bought my new RH975 on 01.03.2026. it was a great experience, I initially just went to check the bikes out with my son and potentially see what, if anything, I could get with my terrible credit score and limited budget. But I walked out wit a bike. Chad Long was my salesman and he was great and easy to work with. I didn't feel pressured at all, he didn't hover or hound us. They were all crazy considerate and personable. They made it a great experience for me and my son. Although my wife hates them for getting me on a bike lol. Chad has even checked in on me multiple times after getting the bike to see how it was going and make sure I didn't have any question concerns or issues. And I think to make sure my wife didn't actually murder me. Thank you for the amazing service and I will be back soon.

Purchased a new motorcycle and it was the smoothest transaction I ever had at a dealership. My sales person Ileena was top notch and knew her stuff. I highly recommend asking for her when you go in. No haggling, no pressure tactics and best price I found in several months of searching for a new bike.

If you haven’t been to Space Coast Harley in a while, I highly recommend stopping by. The atmosphere they’ve created is something other dealerships should try to emulate. The staff is friendly, helpful, and completely no-pressure, making it a place you can go just to hang out—even if you’re not planning on buying anything. If you do decide to check out a bike, or even if you’re just curious, make sure to ask for Ileena. She’ll take great care of you. She’s one of the best associates I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with and doing business with.

First, I have never really enjoyed the purchasing/negotiating experience for any vehicle, I don't know anyone who really does. That being said that experience at Space Coast wasn't bad - Drew was pretty nice and straight forward. I liked the model selection and the tour of services too after my purchase. I got a 2025 Fat Boy and have been VERY satisfied with the bike thus far.

It started with checking on a used bike and ended with a new 2025 Road King Special. This was one of the best experiences I have had at a Harley Dealership. Dan did a spectacular job from showing me the bikes, test ride and explaining the process when I decided to buy the bike, very knowledgeable guy. Connor did a great job working on getting numbers that fit my budget. Aside from the usual business aspect, the entire staff at this dealership was very friendly from the time I entered the property. If you are looking to purchase a Harley, I suggest going here. They honor what they advertise and then some.

A lack of service commitment, effort and a general feeling towards me of apathy and indifference. It was truly unfortunate from a dealership that I had trusted and purchased 3 motorcycles from. I cannot in good conscience recommend them. After over a month, no work performed except for the grips that I had paid for and no effort to repair it in a timely manner. To be fair, the grips worked well and gave great comfort and control of the bike as I pushed it over to be towed to a facility that could repair it. The main part that was necessary was told by them to me to be unavailable. This wasn't true as I had located plenty of them; from a friend at an out of state dealership who was kind enough to Next Day Air it to me and (using the part number my friend gave me) they were readily available on Google shopping, Amazon & Ebay using the correct part number. Just awful. Lesson learned.

I went to space coast harley with the idea of trying and purchasing a new motorcycle. I was met by Mike Phelps who was super friendly and listened to what I was looking for. I initially thought I wanted a road glide but had never ridden one before. He took me out for a test ride with me on a road glide and he took a street glide, we switched half way through the test ride and I found that the street glide fit me better and I was much more comfortable riding it. I purchased a 2025 street glide in blue burst because he was able to nail down what I was truly looking for. I would recommend him and Space Coast Harley to anyone.
