Automatic car washes are never perfect. They are universal, so everything can fit. It's going to be some suds here or there, a wet spot etc but the point is the convenience: you get to vacuum for free, never get out of your car for the wash, you have several locations in the area, some have air sprays, some have rug cleaners... you can do extra tire shine afterward or ask them to do it. The staff is great. No legitimate complaints here. I'd recommended. Way better than Tidal Wave, btw... WAY better.

Sparkle Express on Edgefield Rd. was a disappointing and uncomfortable experience. I wasn’t able to pay with cash, and they refused to honor my free car wash coupon—even though it had no expiration and hadn’t been redeemed yet. I ended up paying $11 for the basic wash, hoping at least that part would go smoothly. When I went to vacuum my car, the vacuum head kept falling off, and the one on the other side didn’t even work. While I was cleaning the inside, a man on a motorcycle stopped behind my car and asked if I had any change so he could get food. As a woman alone with a baby, this made me feel really uneasy and unsafe. Between the malfunctioning equipment, the rigid policies, and that unsettling encounter, this place felt sketchy and poorly managed. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Every worker you have is very kind! Today I had the pleasure of being offered this survey by Josh. The gentleman with curly hair who always works evenings is always very nice and a very good worker. Everyone who works is always great at doing the job fast and well! And I now have an awesome supply of air fresheners!

DO NOT use this company!!! If you ever want to cancel, it is impossible to do so. AI answers the phone, email does NOT work, online will NOT give you the option to cancel. AND…they continue to bill and refuse to give you a refund “per their policy”. You can’t even remove your card #!!! BEWARE!!! *****I MUST add….it was the “company” not the physical location. Once they, Edgefield Rd. Management, found out, my issue was instantly resolved (membership cancelled, refund given, card #removed). And, I MUST also say, I have never had any issues with the staff - always attentive and friendly. So here’s a big 5 stars to you guys⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It reinforced to me the importance of going to the physical location…no emails, no messages left with AI (my car has been out of commission or I would have done that to begin with).

Worst ever, customer service. Cannot speak to a live person. They took 5 payments out of my account in 2 months. Watch your bank account if you have their membership. Edit: After posting this review, someone reached out to me via a telephone call. He was very understanding and refunded 2 of my payments, which I reallly appreciate.

I always have a great experience at Sparkle Express Car Wash! The vacuums are super strong, and I love that they provide towels and spray to finish up your car. Everything was easy and efficient. This location has been here for a very long time and I used to come to it but stopped simply because I had moved. I have since moved back and recently got a coupon for a free wash. The people were super fast and extremely kind. And thankfully it was not overly packed like all of the other car washes in North Augusta. I really enjoyed my experience and will be signing up for a monthly membership
