The customer service is amazing . Great job to all employees and management. I would drive from out of town just to get my vehicles washed here. Till I was given a promotion and it was the best thing for me to get a monthly subscription. I gladly come and get my vehicles washed, but now I save $$ and time. Great place and the best place for me to get my vehicles washed.

Black expensive truck, so I paid a lot more for a hand car wash. Not worth it. Their attention to detail is lacking. Spots, dust, coffee drips, still there. Dirty shoe prints...not good. Pictures tell it all. Staff was nice, just think I would do better to wipe down my own truck.

Very friendly staff! But I paid for a higher priced car wash and end result wasn’t worth it. I had to wipe water spots and clean headlights and bug debris from hood when I got home because it wasn’t done completely.

I don’t normally detail my truck, but my truck isn’t to messy either. I spilled a cup of coffee and wanted to get it detailed. Going price was $300 with some discounts. I emptied my truck and was disappointed that the glove box, ash tray and center console wasn’t cleaned. The center console had coffe goop clearly visible. Back seat cup holder s weren’t cleaned and the wheel were poorly cleaned too.

I arrived and was given an overwhelming list of options. Luckily the associate saw this and suggested the Basic package! I paid and they took my chariot away. Windows let you see your car through the whole process and then you can sit inside and watch them hand dry your car. A team of four tackled my baby cleaning inside and out. They did a great job considering my car was dusty from all the rain lately.

After 6 hours my car wasn’t done and it’s that $300 detail I had to tell them I had to go. They said it was done they were just getting the wax off. For a $300 detail my car look ok but I’ve taken my moms car in before that she delivers mail out of , pai half the price and it looked brand new. My car was just wiped down and they didn’t even shampoo the whole seats . And the dash is spotty some shiny some dull along with terrible streaks inside my windows

I’m a huge fan of sparkling image, I’ve been going to these locations for almost 20yrs, it’s definitely a Bakersfield staple with local roots. I especially love the Rosedale location, it’s centrally located and the staff is always so amazing and friendly, consistently providing exceptional service. I trust my vehicle with them and am always grateful for the wonderful atmosphere and amenities they offer! They take great care and really offer a high standard of service.

I’ve been a customer here for years, but my visit on 12/15/25 was the final straw. I paid for the full-service spray wax package, and when my truck was finished, it looked almost as dirty as when I arrived. The interior still had visible dust and dirt on the floors and door panels, and the exterior clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. I brought this to their attention and was offered a redo. Unfortunately, the second attempt was no better — the truck was still dirty. I then spoke with the manager, Manny, who told me to come back the next day and said he would comp an ultimate detail to make things right. When I returned the following day, Manny denied ever saying that and instead offered the same basic wash that had already failed twice. At that point, it was clear they had no intention of standing behind their work or their word. To make matters worse, the staff was rude and overly pushy about upselling services, despite the poor quality of the work being done. Very disappointing experience from a place I trusted for years.

I paid 36 bucks for a wash and wiped down inside. Definitely not wiped down they didn’t vacuum well. I removed any trash before coming. Disappointed….

Was told an hour for a wash and wax, I paid $130 and it took 2 hours for this. This location needs to have better Quality control management cause this is unacceptable to have overspray on my seats, have water spots after a wax, one tire with shine and the other without, and the running boards still dirty for a $130 service. I will not be going to this place ever again and I highly recommend that everyone go elsewhere.

I paid $84.99 for a full car detailing and expected to receive a clean vehicle, but that was not the case. There were still bird droppings on multiple areas that clearly hadn’t been cleaned, even after waiting nearly 50 minutes. For the price and time spent, this level of service is absolutely unacceptable. Definitely not worth the money.

Paid for the $44 full service spray wax a the top half of the car looks good but the bottom half was a total MISS!! Tire shine lasted about an hour and no shine or treatment was put on trim areas at all. Dirt from before the wash was still present. See pics for details. Probably won’t come here again. Too bad I was excited to get this clean.
