The cashier at this locations name was Amy, and she was so patient with me !! She Explained all the packages and was extremely courteous!!! I wish everyone that worked in customer service treated people like she did with me. I will definitely be recommending her to my family and friends !!! From now on this is going to be the only place I take my car. I Hope this company realizes what an Outstanding Employee they have with Amy!!! She should be in charge of teaching the other employees how to interact with customers!! And my car looked Awesome when they got done!!! I am a Very Happy Customer and will be returning!!!! My Car definitely sparkles now!!!!!

I paid $45 for a car wash and was really disappointed. They didn’t vacuum, no air freshener, and nothing inside was wiped down. Definitely not worth the price. The inside waiting area was stuffy. I also didn’t realize it’s no longer a hand wash—should have just washed it myself or gone to Mister Car Wash instead. Won’t be returning.

I walked up to the counter and Amy was so friendly and helpful. She introduced some specials that they have that I was unaware of. I'm glad she took the time to explain them to me. The Full Service monthly unlimited is what I'm getting. Had the wash at Wible Rd in Bakersfield, Work Station #38

Thank you to the girl who works here who drives that black Nissan. I was waiting here not getting a car wash but waiting for my vehicle across the street while it was getting speakers installed. The car audio place had no seating but they did and she was kind enough for me to be able to wait there. Thank you to whatever your name is :)

I will give them zero star . Worst experience they can’t vaccum properly . If say something they were like all we can do this much . If have to tell them 3 times why the hack i m paying for if i have to tell them . I recommend no to go its all wasteage of money . They cant do basic wipping from inside . To be honest if you love your car don’t go . Instead of that you can wipe it by urself. They will take 5 mins to wipe even less then 5 min so you guys can think how they gonna clean it 🤷♂️

WHAT A JOB! Paid 35 for a not a good wash! The machine stopped twice while my vehicle there and my vehicle came out with lots of soap! And still had dust and trash on my seats! I expected some more clean of a vehicle but noooo! So upsetting!

M giving one star cz there is no option to give zero star to them this place worker don’t know how to talk nd behave to people not there manger she was so rude we try to explain that’s what you left to clear but she’s not listening. We haven’t abuse or used any inappropriate word. They can’t even listen abt there service why customer is not getting satisfied .I recommend to people not go there for car max

I'm a nice person always tip good well $60 for pu truck wash and a $20 tip. Ran around all day this was my last stop. Didn't take to notice till I got back to our rv camp. Missed front Left rim altogether, top of roof was sprayed with soap never washed to dry soap and dirt, a miss on the hood was one thing I did take notice to. Water spot left all around truck just paid $1500 6 or so months ago to have ceramic done.. and yes it was done in tracy California at a professional shop.. if I didn't start drinking beers I would had went back that night... . Update. Forgot to mention the bugs on the front of truck no effort to get hardly any off truck

They suck there. I paid $85, My car still had bug guts on the front of my car. They sent it threw again, same thing. They don't know how vacuum with crap. Then they clean my dash with glitter in it. If I could give them a negative five, I would.... DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE!!!

I paid $32.99 for a car wash and a vacuum wax. You guys have a promotion right now buy three car wash get two free for $60 was not offered that had to send it back to get it vacuumed again wasn’t done right the first time cup holders not cleaned . My husband said go there cause he’s never had an issue maybe cause I was a woman??, maybe I wouldn’t care not sure that’s the reason for 2 stars

Not worth it they charge you for cleaning the rims and all they do is use not a good product to spray the rims and wipe and they still stayed dirty for $35.99 and the nature vehicle stand for a while so the heat can drive your vehicle and never wipe the roof of the vehicles and did not clean or wipe the interior still dirty

Horrible service, I paid over 30 dlls plus tip just to get a regular wash and nothing done on the inside. Car wash service is not there like it use to be back in the day. I had to tell them to wipe the dusty boot marks on the door and they did not put any effort in wiping anything inside the damn. Didn't even vacuum the floor mats. They are going under with this kind of service I don't mind paying, but I'm paying to get something in exchange. I didn't. See for yourselves.

This place is a joke!!!!Dont waste your time or money going to this place a wash and wax is going to end up costing over $3000. First of all, they double charged me for a drive-through car wash and then when I requested a hand wash instead because my truck was too big to go through the wash They still charged me for both. Talking to the manager, he argued over a refund. I told him to go ahead and keep the $25 then he brings my truck out and shows me the damage to the driver side rear fender as well as scratches along the driver side of the truck apparently, they don’t know how to use spotters when backing big vehicles into stalls.top of all that there was still wax left on the hood of my truck and spots all over the truck where they didnt even buff the wax out currently waiting for their corporate to get back to me over my incident report so I can submit my estimate for repairs

Went to Sparkling Image, and I couldn't be happier. A huge shoutout to Mel, who was absolutely fantastic! She was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the process and ensuring I got exactly what I needed for my car to be squeaky clean. Mel's accommodating attitude and attention to detail made the visit stress-free, and she was cool as hell to chat with. Her friendly demeanor and expertise really stood out. I'm a bit surprised about other reviews mentioning dissatisfaction. I have no issues slamming a business that deserves it, but this location steered me right. I am sure if you find Mel, and approach her nicely with any concerns, she will make sure you leave happy. I highly recommend Sparkling Image for anyone looking for a personalized customer experience. Come here if you want to save money because after your experience here, you’re going to want to wash your car yourself. They did not get the bird poop off my car after I asked them if they do so (they said yes). My hood is still filled with bird poop, the floors/mats still had stuff on them, and some of the inside is still dusty. I really can’t believe that I paid $44.99 for a not-so good job. But I’m starting to think they do that on purpose, so you can come back for the second wash? Whatever it is, the only reason they’re getting 2 stars is because the cashier was so sweet and nice! :) My dad and I have been bringing our family cars here for years. They sometimes don’t get one or two spots, inside and out, but it’s alright. This time, they practically ignored the bird poop around my car. I’ll be taking it back for the second wash before the 5 days are up. After that, I don’t think I’ll be coming back here. DO NOT spend your money on the $44.99 full service! Not worth it!
