Absolute liars. I asked for the cheapest wash with vacuum and got told $34.99. I said “no I don’t want anything fancy. I want the absolute cheapest with vacuum.” Got told it was $34.99. I walk in, paid, and turned around to see a sign for basic wash and vacuum for $19.99. They even had two other cheaper ones. So I got ripped off for $15 and paid almost double. Last time here I guess.

Had such a great experience here. It was my first today and they explained everything to me. How it worked, the different services offered and memberships that would best fit into my needs. Manager Eddy was very professional and made sure I was more than satisfied with the car wash service. I now have a membership and will be returning often. Not good at all! For well over a year I’ve been paying $65 a month for their unlimited car wash service. Service goes down every single time I go. Truck always leaves dirty, wet and with water spots. Even left with cobwebs still on side mirrors. They open my doors while it’s still in the machine. Water, soap, wax spots are inside on my leather seats. I started noticing swirly scratches all over my new truck I have only ever taken here. This was a brand new truck! Wanted this place to work out for the convenience. The damage to my vehicle is not worth it.

Been looking for a good carwash in ventura and after trying out a few other spots i have noticed that only here they do a job that leaves me feeling like i got my moneys worth. While waiting for my car you can see Who the leaders are but the way the crew reacts to the leadership great work. They live up to the radio ad feel good in a clean car

All day today was having a horrible day came to wash my car at sparkling image car was on market st and the manager Eduardo really went above and beyond. His customer service is outstanding and I will recommend to my friends and co-workers to come here. I will definitely come back soon. Eduardo not only cares about his job but will make sure any customer who comes here leaves happy. He will put all his effort to make anyone’s day the best even when you are having a bad day.

Took my vehicle in for a wash and while my car was in the wash, I watched through the viewing window as the next car after mine rear ended my car as the employees did not guide the vehicle. Car behind me was driven in by the owner of the vehicle as they do for express wash. Management filed an incident report and took no responsibility and blamed the accident on the driver. As my car finished the washing process of drying and cleaning of interior, my aftermarket wide view clip-on rear view mirror was damaged/broken and no longer clips onto my mirror. I watched as the employee struggled to clip mirror back into place after it was broken. The employee left the mirror off and I figured I would install when my vehicle was finished. I found out about the mirror being broken on my own as the employees did not even bother to tell me it was broken. I immediately notified the manager. Manager went to file another incident report. I was offered no compensation. All in all I wasted over an hour and was not compensated for anything and after all this the company refused to take any responsibility even after I witnessed both incidents. I will no longer be taking my vehicle to this car wash and will be sure not to recommend them to anyone.

this is a terrible car wash, I bought a car wash for $74, the back of the seat wasn't even vacuumed from sand, the plastic panels are stained with greasy detergent, not everything is wiped off, you'll be surprised but the car mats are not included in the car wash. and you'll get dirty mats and a panel rubbed with diode shine. and also, my car was driven by a lady who doesn't know how to handle such a car, and even if I hadn't approached her, she wouldn't have parked my car, and she just drove off, I approached her and heard her randomly pressing buttons that were beeping

Eddy R provided excellent service and paid close attention to my vehicles needs. I highly recommend visiting this car wash if you want a great job done. The whole crew is very hard working and attentive with vehicles after the wash itself. Thanks Eddy for all the hard work. Keep it up :)

Before making a long road trip for this 3 day weekend I thought, how better than to start with a clean car. Stopped by and was instantly greeted with smiling faces and hellos from everyone . I was helped to pick a quick but good carwash and they explained the most popular quick spray wax and it was wonderful . Seems like the last person did a nice quality check before turning in my car. Definitely the best !

You're better off going to a cheap drive thru wash. They dont clean your windows, dont wipe the door jams, didnt open the trunk so i wouldn't have dried soap spots when i got home, I had to ask for the armor all i already paid for... you're better off waiting for it to rain, it's a trash car wash imo

The car wash attendant guided me in wrong, and my rear driver side tire valve stem snapped, and my front driverside tire valve stem bent. Midway thru the carwash, my rear sensor indicated my tire was deflating. As they're drying my car off, i get out, and my tire valve stem is spewing air violently. I talked to the outside manager, and they could care less, so I talked to the indoor mgr, and they were professional. car got towed off the lot. This location has a low level of professionalism & care. I do not recommend this location if you actually care about your car.

Very good service !! Gotten both of my cars washed here and I been very pleased with the outcome!! The smell 👃 of my cars are out ( I do have dogs) 🐶 it feels like I’m driving a new car every time I bring them here☺️very pleased with everything even my pet’s hair is out from my seats By the way shout out to cashier ( Alejandra) amazing customer service she just knows how to point you to the right package for which car wash you are in need 🙂↕️👍🏼

They do a terrible job. Came home to rewash my car ( just needed some elbow grease) they need to wash as if we’re watching.. oh yeah that’s right we are!! They don’t care. Just keep wiping the same areas to use up time. I’ve been there a few times and always hope it will be better and it’s not! Over priced for the job they do. I asked for the 40.00 job 👎

First n last time. I will never go here again. I didn't bother to get out n check cuz I figured they would do a good job. For $30 I expect just a little more. I mean look at the pics. That's really bad. Dirt, water and grim all over the running boards, bumper and he didn't even touch the tonneau cover. That's after driving 2mi. CI feel so ripped off. It took me 1.5hrs to clean it up. Not cool. I want my money back.

The carwash tore off a trim piece of my car and the workers handed me the keys and didn’t say anything, luckily I happened to walk around my car before I hopped in and noticed a huge piece of trim completely missing from my car. The female manager refused to take ownership and told me “If we took responsibility for every car that got damaged in the car wash then we wouldn’t remain open.” 😳lol what?!?! Anyway, I had to go to the dealership to get the car fixed, 100% out of my own pocket. I cannot recommend this carwash and I would never go back.

I took my jeep to get the exterior cleaned and the front seat area only vaccuumed. I gave simple instructions not to worry about anything beyond the front seat area as my back seats were folded down and I had alot of stuff in the back. I paid over $30 and went outside to wait for my vehicle and they had all 4 doors wide open and also my hatchback. I went and asked them politely not to open the back of my vehicle and just vacuum/wipe down the front seat area...went back to sit down and within 2 minutes they had all the doors open once again so I just went to get my car, tipped them generously even tho the female worker got an attitude and said something under her breath, and left. The roof of my vehicle was basically still wet...well the next day I went to my car to go to work and there are now 2 distinct lines running the length of my vehicle where the machine scratched off my clear coat completely...I should've taken it back the same day and demanded that they fix it, but I was short staffed at work all week and now figure its too late to go back and make them accountable...this place gets ZERO stars from me...both in workmanship and customer service.

The customer service provided by the front-line staff, particularly the young women at the register, is unsatisfactory. I recommend that the company prioritize hiring individuals who possess stronger interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with customers. Furthermore, the car wash service is somewhat expensive given the features it offers. Consequently, I am unable to endorse this establishment.

I had a great first time experience here! They did a great job and did a couple things extra. Alejandra was absolute perfection as customer service!!! I did customer service for 30 years and this young lady is on point! Polite, in a good mood, knew what she was talking about. Very professional. I will be coming back because of her. Good job!! 👏🏻👏🏻
