I don’t recommend sparky,s at all they didn’t grease my wife’s brakes so it still squeaks. I got my tires changed over and they just ripped the bags open so I could re use my tire bags anymore.

My recent experience there was highly disappointing. I visited for a battery issue, explicitly requesting an assessment to confirm what the issue was. They replaced the battery without my consent, with what they called “a very expensive battery”. They installed a $400 battery without prior discussion and without my consent, despite the dealership offering me a brand new battery for half the price. When I raised this concern, the staff member yelled at me on the phone like a child, whining about how they would now have to undo all their work and return the battery (the battery I never asked them to buy). Then he said, “fine! Get your battery from the dealership and I will never deal with you again!”, and then hung up on me. I went in to pay for the “work” they did and the atmosphere lacked all professionalism. The office was dirty, and the attention to detail was absent, as evident from the mess left in my car (see photo). Exercise caution when considering Sparky’s. Their failure to prioritize transparency, and their lack of maturity and respect for customers is a red flag. Consider alternatives before entrusting your car to Sparky’s. CV Auto Care, located just down the street, provides better service and maintains a higher level of professionalism.
