Both the headlights went out. Early morning, I run to the shop without an appointment. The staff were very friendly and quickly replaced both the bulbs. I was on my way, a happy customer within 25 minutes. I would go there again if I have any problems with my car. I will make sure to call them first next time I go there.

Todd is a very knowledgeable mechanic and Kim in the office is always pleasant and helpful. They charge fair prices, don't nickel and dime you, and stand behind their work. I had my wife's Toyota Prius engine replaced and the AC compressor replaced here. They were able to handle these complicated jobs that other shops refused to handle (hybrid components, too big of a job, etc.). When there were flaky issues with the AC compressor, they were quick to get it replaced free of charge after finding out it was a faulty part. This is the kind of service that gives the confidence you need to continue a long term relationship. Would highly recommend giving them a shot!

Todd came highly recommended by a longtime friend to do a tedious job on my 2010 Crown Victoria PI. I stopped by today and asked if replacing the air chamber would be something he'd want to do. Yes! Speaking to him and looking at his shops condition made me fell confident in him. Work to be done end of May. So I dropped my car off and while doing so reminded him of the cars age and to be cautious removing plastic panels. Upon pickup my alarms flashing light no longer flashed when alarm is set also the 2 upper A Pilar plastic covers and the defroster vent cover are now cracked. I believe his mechanical work is good but very careless with respect to the care of customer's property. End of story.

Excellent first time experience. Ironically, while vetting another nearby shop, they told me I should talk to Todd about installing a Centerforce clutch in my Wrangler JL. "We send all of our transmission work and engine swaps to Todd." Heh, it's cool that they were honest! Anyway, I did stop in to meet Todd and ask him about the job I wanted done. I could tell right away he knew his stuff, and we agreed that I'd buy the kit and he'd install it. That's just what happened, and he spent a good 10 minutes talking to me and showing me pictures of the install when I came to pick up. I REALLY appreciate that! Awesome to be able to ask the actual guy who did the job some questions, and I learned a few things. Jeep came back driving great. This is my new shop, for sure. I'll be bringing Todd all of my vehicles going forward. Oh, the woman running the office is terrific. She has an upbeat, easy going personality - very pleasant on the phone and in person. Music they had on was also great! 🤘🏻

Our Ford Lincoln MKC needed a long block (engine) replaced due to poor design on Ford's part, and Coram was recommended to us by Stellar's. Never had experience needing a big car job like this before. Kim was a pleasure to schedule our appointment with and get details on the 3-year warranty/parts used. Todd was very experienced with this Ecoboost engine's design flaw, having done several replacements due to this exact issue previously. The whole way through I was comfortable the family car was in good hands. We're very happy they were able to get it in so soon and will be mentioning their work to our neighbors.

Todd is the top automotive engineer in CT if not the entire new England area. I have had some of the most complex issues with cars that have shortage of parts or no parts manufactured anymore. Whether it's Transmission, Engine or electronic issues he can solve anything. He is also a Mopar and muscle car expert of experts. My SRT8 and GTO run like Swiss clocks. I also bring my wife's BMWs to him, and they are now almost as reliable as a Toyota Camry ;). He also has incredible welding skills and brings cars back to life that no one thinks possible. He's simply the best!
