Charged me $275 just to disconnect my car alarm system. Edit (because I cannot reply to the reply on my review): The issue is I did not request the inspection that I was charged for. As noted on my receipt, I simply asked for the car alarm to be disabled. As a 20-year-old college student driving a 20-year-old car, my priority was clearly frugality. My receipt states, “Customer state alarm is going off randomly. Customer requested we disable the alarm. But we did inspect…” Again, I did not at all request this inspection and explicitly asked for the alarm to be disabled. You taking the “appropriate steps to assure my vehicles security“ was without my permission and at the very least warranted a phone call. Instead, I received no call and had to pay a bill that did not reflect my request.

I’m from Oakland and I took my car for an oil change and found out that I have a leak underneath my car. I called around and also googled any car shop that fixes my problem. I called this shop they were opened on a Sunday and dont close late. Long story short I took my car in and was told $180 for diagnosis and they were pretty professional, upfront honest about the problem. I was impressed and awe by their commitment and service. I highly recommend them. They are knowledgeable and understand what quality work means. They act and move likewise. You will not be let down. A bit overpriced. They charge 180 to just diagnose then on top of that 180 for labor to replace 1 coil and 4 spark plugs. I really needed it done that same day or I wouldve gone somewhere else (it was late). Outside of the price the service was pretty quick and even stayed past closing time to make sure I could take it home that same day. Sunny was very nice and explained everything well and overall had a positive experience

Had a great experience. My 2018 BMW leaked all of its coolant and was lucky this place was down the street and open so late on a Sunday. Aside from the great working hours that make it possible to cooperate outside of office work hours they were also very experienced with the issue and had it diagnosed, parts ordered and fixed in two days. Sunny and John did a great job keeping me in the loop of what was going on over text sending pictures along the way.
