Hello. Me and my father pulled up to get an oil change done. 2 garage doors that were open and clear for vehicles, but we didn't know which one, so my dad had pointed to the left or the right. We were given a major attitude from an employee giving us a sarcastic attitude by pointing dramatically, now that's not the issue. The whole point is he gave what could've been customers a major attitude showing major concern if the vehicle will get properly serviced. I do not know if employees are supposed to give customers a sarcastic attitude towards customers. Lastly, we called the person out on the attitude given since it's purely disrespectful, all he did was tell another co-worker and then look at us and laughed. We will NEVER come back again. This is the one located in Roseville, we went to the one in Lincoln which by far is way better!

I've been here multiple times, but won't be returning. I've had nothing but good experiences with their staff, always friendly. They are indeed quite speedy and you can be in and out very quickly. However, none of that matters if the work is not done properly. In the past I had them replace a serpentine belt on their recommendation. Within days it was squealing. I took it to another shop that I trust and it had been installed too loosely. Extra $40 to get that taken care of. More recently I had an oil change done on my 2023 car. This is its 3rd oil change in its lifetime. After getting the oil changed at Speedee my car started leaking oil from the oil pan's drain plug. I simple washer replacement and all is well, but another $40 down the drain to replace the oil.

I was in a time crunch and in need if an oil change for me car. Usually my work hours and location make it challenging to head into town to get my vehicle serviced. I happened to off and in the area so I took advantage and popped in to get the oil changed. The crew were welcoming and kind. I was given an estimate in cost and wait time. I was invited to wait under the ez-yo or inside. The bathroom was and so was their lobby. The actual wait time and cost were less than the estimate.

I went to your shop in Roseville, CA 660 Sunrise Bl., for a simple oil change. My truck does not , has not, and did not leak as I went into your shop yesterday. Today I wake up with a stain on my driveway of leaking oil. I went back in, assuming I had someone crossthread the drain plug or something like that, instead I get some BS explanation that something on my oil filter housing is warped and it happens "all the time". Well, if that was the case, why did they not catch the leak when it was being tested IN YOUR SHOP? I was again given some BS explanation about some canyon having to fill up before it starts to leak. When I asked to contact the owner, I was refused by the manager, who instead told me I could have the repairs done there otherwise he was not going to argue with me or take any responsibility for possibly being the reason for my truck leaking. THERE IS NO WAY I would let the same shop that made my car leak fix it. Mainly because it sounds like it was broken for just that reason. If that is how you do business or tell your employees to do business, I will be spreading the word over every review platform I can find to make sure others are not treated the same way.

Been coming to this location for several years. Sam and the rest of the crew is always friendly and professional. We get all of the standard services as well as any major mechanical issues taken care of here. Very satisfied with the service. I went for an oil change yesterday and had a great experience. Devin was friendly and explained everything to me in detail. He let me know they noticed a small oil leak, and since my car is under warranty, the next time I need an oil change, I should take it to the dealer to get it fixed. I was not upsold anything, and I appreciate that. When I have gone to other jiffy old change places, I am usually told my air filter or wiper blades need replacing, and they'll do it for quite a bit of money. The shop was clean and there was coffee, waters, and snacks. Jacob was really nice at the counter. I recommend this SpeeDee.

Wow! I’m so impressed with the customer service here! Colton went above and beyond explaining the service and answering my questions. They even caught a service that wasn’t relevant to my vehicle that another shop tried to sell me. The manager, Sam, was also incredibly helpful with my truck. Would I recommend? YES! Will I be back? Engine light came on they replaced the part I had to go back three times to replace the same part. The third time I came back they told me that they're not going to cover it on a warranty to go somewhere else the manager did. Customer service is all right but they sure try to upsell you on everything.

SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service generally offers oil changes in the range of $35–$75 for conventional oil and $65–$125+ for synthetic, Why the drastic change of pricing on different blends? For example: Castrol GTX motor oil is typically sold in 5-quart containers (1.25 gallons) rather than standard 1-gallon jugs, with prices ranging from approximately $29.95 to $30.99. Castrol full synthetic motor oil typically ranges from $34.95 to $35.95 for a 5-quart jug. I know is labor charges and filter + 20+ points inspection that I don't know how can be that many points of inspection but... $30 difference between blends is absurd. Specifically when you give these prices to a mechanic the excusas to increase prices are ridiculous. And the face of the guy when I told him I just want a oil change with out the 20+ points of inspection and he said "still $99.99" I'll go do my own oil change ✌🏼
