This location absolutely sucks this used to be a really good location everything used to be stocked up and working not to mention customer service was actually friendly and these days something is always wrong with the gas pumps where you try to enter your PIN or zip code and the numbers get pushed like 10 times on their own or some other nonsense It is September 16th 2024 and I literally just left the store and all I can say is don't bother coming in go to a different one I tried to get a soda specifically a Big Gulp only to find out that almost all the sodas do not have any syrup it's nothing but carbonation I tried Coca-Cola Dr Pepper and just to check I also tried Diet Coke and even Pepsi and all of them just kept coming out nothing but clear looking water, so then I tried to get a chicken sandwich because on the app they have a coupon to get one for free but what a surprise they didn't have a single one, so next I say well I'll just get a slushie only to find out again to my surprise that they do not even have the cups for the slushies I had to just use one of the soda ones then got charged a ridiculous amount because I pretty much had to get this size due to them not stalking any other sizes and pretty much paid nearly six bucks for two slushies when all I wanted was a $1 Coca-Cola Big Gulp I understand this location has a lot of business because it's literally the only store around us besides Dollar General and Walgreens but with prices like this I'd rather go to Walgreens since they're robbing me anyways

I prepaid $40 in the store because the terminal was “out of order” the pump stopped like I prepaid $33.49. My tank still had a quarter to go. The cashier degraded me asking if “I’ve ever put gas before? Do you not know how gas works” 🤯 I asked her for my receipt and it took her 5 minutes to produce it. I’m pretty sure this women is stealing money. I doubt I will get my $6.51 back…. I will never come to this gas station again.

Her name is rose. This employee is extremely rude. No manners every time I walk in extremely rude Today she did it direct to me. I defended myself. I simply just wanted to be charged some cigarettes out of $40 of gas. She never understood. And gave me very bad attitude. It's gotta be on video if anyone is incharged Me wearing a neon yellow hoodie. She was working with another co-worker elderly. Little before 7:00 pm She needs to get fired....

Paid $29 for 5 premium car washes, sounded like a good deal to me! Except, the receipt with the codes did not print! No big deal, I just went inside to get a print out of the codes.... Nope! Different system, nothing could be done! They did give me one other code, so I got 2 washes for the price of 5! I guess, I'll just go to one of the other 50 car washes in Rio Rancho, from now on! I was dumb, to go to a gas station for a car wash!

I'm pretty tired of this location not respecting posted store hours. It's often closed at 10pm when 12am is the posted hours on the door for the day, with a sign that just says "sorry for the inconvenience." More than the inconvenience, it's been a waste of gas and time, which are the two things a gas station convenience store should not be wasting.

Im just stating a fact. The store is gross there never any cold creamer. Employees hang out talking behind the counter. They are friendly thats why I gave 2 stars instead of 1, but honestly it looks like lazy people work there. When they say there is always something to do they mean it . Customer sevice goes way beyond a smile

Never in my life have I seen a gas station so consistently have broken or inoperable pumps. Just pulled in to fill my car, and it looks like only 3 of the 10 pumps are working. Insane.

The number of times that the card readers don't work, pumps are down or belive it or not, out of gas is amazing that there is still business here. For a gas station I feel that these are all pretty big things. Guess I'll have to start using a different station...Circle K?...

So apparently if they sell you one beer in the afternoon and you go back in the evening after fishing or playing soccer with your son they won’t serve you twice. I was told it’s against the law to serve you twice in a day but yet they will serve people who are stinking of booze. I used to always go there and try to help them out and be of assistance but now I will will be going to good to go.

There was two employees in the store, but only one actually serving customers.The other one just stood there staring at the customers, while the line grew and wrap around the inside of the store. The one on the register was on her phone and than texting which caused the line to grow even longer. Not acceptable. The other store employee needed to get behind the counter and start helping customers instead of just stearing at the customers. This store has gone drastically down hill. At least the staff was friendly, compared to the one that is on Southern who has a store manager who is outright rude and disrespectful.

I stop there to fill up gas and I was sitting there fighting with the pump to try to get it to take my card and one of the customers on the other side said that the pumps never work right here. I went inside which was very busy and they didn’t seem to care that the pump didn’t work they said I could just pay for it up there and I said that doesn’t work for me. Most of your gas stations are hard to navigate and I’ll be making an effort to not patronize at your stores.

This station has gone down the hill since becoming a speedway. There's constantly at least 2 pumps not working and LITERALLY half the time I visit for gas, the card reader at the pumps don't work and gives a "transaction canceled", forcing you inside to wait in the crazy long line(short staffed). The bathrooms are dirty. Every weekend but not exclusively, count on being asked for change from someone at the pumps or just outside the doors. Can't wait till we have another gas station in the area.

The line is always ridiculously long, often you can't get a pump, many are out of order, inside is slow, and dirty. I think all of us for north hills and northern meadows go here just because we have no other choice

Every time I try to go here it seems that only one of the pumps work with card. None of the other ones do and this is not a one time occurrence it’s every time I try this gas station (the furthest north pump on the inside is the only one that works with card) if you try to go inside to pay for gas be prepared to wait about 30 minutes the line is always to the back of the store with one person checking everyone out. When I went in just now there wasn’t even anyone behind the counter just a long line of unhappy looking patrons. That was when I turned around and decided I could get gas elsewhere.
