I had an excellent experience here from start to finish. The staff was friendly, honest, and professional no upselling or unnecessary repairs, just straightforward service. I came in for an oil change and general check-up, and they had me in and out quickly. I really appreciated how they explained everything clearly and treated me with respect. I moved in Eastpointe in 2012 I have four family members pass away within a year apart right before moving to Eastpointe I bought a car from carite I went to this company for every repair every oil change I have told my friends and family about this company he is a very honest guy I have a truck that I purchased a 2021 I sent it over to him with serious transmission issues he is a very honest person I was stranded for 2 hours in the cold car would not start a tow truck came down the street end up giving me a toe it cost me $375.75 for Uber to get my kids home and then a true blessing again with him saving me money and time once again if you looking for a Honest Company go with this company Speedy Lube is the way to go thank y'all so much him and his kids

I would give this place more stars if I could. Stopped in for a way over due oil change, the price was very reasonable, they included filling my tires, and vacuumed the front interior. They also noticed I needed new wipers, and offered to do that as well. The customer service was amazing, have already recommended to three people! I will definitely be back!

Hello me and my family just brought a beautiful Home in the area and I was looking for convenient and great mechanics to get all around service oil changes air fill up for my tires, fluids If they’re low , ect.. when I tell you, the nervousness went out the window when I was lead to this place they greet you with so much respect, so professional, goes over and beyond , my windows was so dirty from all the snow just bad weather , The professional mechanic cleaned my windows !!! just really nice seen them vacuum a young lady car out while she wait for service!! I came into Speedy Auto Repair for rear brakes and an oil change, and Ziad took care of everything. He replaced my rear brakes quickly and explained exactly what he was doing. What I appreciated most was that he checked everything over and actually told me what was still in great condition — no upselling, no pressure, just honesty. He even took the time to teach me things about my car that no one ever showed me before. I never really had someone explain this stuff to me, so that meant more than he probably knows. It’s rare to find a shop that makes you feel comfortable and informed instead of confused. Great service, fair pricing, and amazing customer care. Oh… and not to mention, he’s a cutie too 😌 Definitely coming back!!
