Please avoid at all cost if you own a Mercedes ! They have no idea how to work on them, they broke our air filter box assembly and tried to blame it on us. We talked to the Mercedes dealership and were informed that the part they broke breaks when somebody doesn’t know how to release the pin correctly. On top of all that they tried to blame it on US and said that we broke it and that they had to “glue it so the car doesn’t get a check engine light” The car never had a check engine light when it went in. Not only that they tried to charge us $370 for the part that they broke and that the dealership sells for $278. These people are scammers, avoid them at all cost, they charge more than dealers, will break your car and then charge you for it. The best thing you can do for your wallet and your car is to go to a different shop!!!! EDIT* After this review we were contacted by the mechanic himself admitting that he made a mistake and broke the part. Reese, the mechanic, was great and a good guy, we split the cost of the part and he did a good job fixing the damaged part mistakes happen so I have no hard feelings toward him and I was happy that we split the cost of the part. Not sure why the front desk lady was so hellbent on lying to us that we broke it when the mechanic himself admitted otherwise, but what can I say ? Maybe the mechanics should be in charge of talking to the customers since they know what they are talking about, and they seem more fair.

Spikes is the best! I’m a single mom of two teens and Spike and his team take care of all our cars. I trust them implicitly and have always been more than satisfied. They make using my car warranty a breeze too! I’d be lost without them! PS before you buy a car, get them to inspect it. Otherwise you’ll end up like me with 1,000 Jeep repairs!

The inside guys were very nice and professional. The guy who worked on my car not so much. I went for a oil change and I had a coupon for a free 50 point inspection. The bigger white guy who was working on my car, showed me a potential issue. He proceeds to tell me this will snap eventually, while he's shaking it as hard as he can as if he wants to break it so I have to get the repair. That was very unprofessional. I never got my 50 point inspection. I even emailed them the next day to see if I could get my 50 point inspection results and a estimate on the repair they suggested. It's been 3 days and no answer. You only got 2 stars because of the nice gentleman in the office

I was driving my Audi A4 from VA to TX and had a misfire right outside of Atlanta. Thankfully Google led me to Spikes. They understood my situation recommended a hotel, drove and picked me up the next morning while parts were ordered for my repair. They repaired it quicker than they quoted, price was more than fair and reasonable. I proceeded to drive 12hrs uninterrupted to Tx. What a wonderful environment such kind hearted people. We had a fuse box go bad on our new truck they diagnosed the problem very quickly and never did anything without connecting us, had it a day and we were back on the road again. Absolutely fantastic customer service. Came in from out of town for Thanksgiving . Had some car issues dropped off my car the day before Thanksgiving and was done by Friday evening. Was perfect. And if your not able to pick up before they close thay have lock boxes that they put your keys in so u can still pick up after hours. It was perfect for me. The thought our transmission had went out in our truck when Spikes came to the rescue. They ran a detailed report with pictures telling us what they had found. Once they had the report they had us another transmission and had it put in in a couple of days and our truck was back on the road. My car light came on with a battery picture on my way from Asheville, North Carolina to Atlanta Georgia. I tried three other places getting turned away at the door, but I finally found spikes. They were so pleasant and nice and very helpful. They hooked my car to the scanner and found the problem right away and even fixed it immediately afterwards to get me back on the road. Had a great experience at Spike’s Auto Repair! Took my 2020 Jeep Rubicon in to get both batteries replaced plus new brakes and rotors, and they did an awesome job. Everyone was super friendly and explained everything in a way that made sense. The Jeep runs and stops perfectly now!
