I have been (had been) going to this store regularly for about 6 years now. The old morning manager, Lee Ann, was great, but went to bail out a bad store from what I was told. The new manager is worthless, and that is an understatement. He is completely clueless. If he doesn't want to take the time to see what product I buy everyday, then he obviously doesn't want or need my business. Ask Lee Ann who I am, and she will know right away, and be very disappointed, as I never considered going somewhere else. Today was the 6th day of no cherry in a row, told it would come in, in 2 days, and the 2nd day of no silvers. I spend on average $40 a week at this store, so about $2000.00 a year. QT will be glad to help me out. They have no personality and get you through quick, but better than the alternative apparently.

Great experience inside, but I’ve pumped well over the max capacity of my car tank into a non-empty tank since gas prices shot up. Two times so far, both at a Spinx, and this was one of them. I’m willing to believe it could be an equipment malfunction and not a scam, but this issue needs to be addressed.

Cannot overstate how great the folks working here are! We visited several times in May and Dec 2021. In May, during the great fuel shortage (viz: Russian Hacking episode), every gas station that had fuel was jammed with vehicles with no organization. This station was a notable exception as they had young folks directing vehicles to the working pumps. This could not have been a better experience for us. When we visited several times in Dec, we once again could not help but note how well managed this Spinx was. Thanks again from an out of towner visiting their children in the local area!

Wendy Cox needs extra customer service training. Very rude!!!!!!!!!!! Purchased milk before expiration(5/15)went to use before expiration(5/17), and it was spoiled. Returned it on the use by date(5/17). Her response was that she recommends we check the date next time. She also said we should have used it before the used by date. We did try to use it before but it was sour. The milk dates should be checked if that's the case, and replaced before said dates. She made it my fault that they sold me sour milk. Will never ever go back to that place again.

This is definitely the best Sphinx I have ever been to. Ben, Miss Bobbie Tina, and the rest of the gang are so helpful and always happy to see me come in and are quick to get everyone in and out for us to make it to work. I visit almost every morning and tried going somewhere else at one time but the service was not the same. They make my day always start out with a smile. Kudo's also to the deli workers. They keep things stick and are so friendly and helpful. Thanks guys for a great experience every morning. You ROCK!

Worst customer service ever? Have been stopping early in the mornings and in the evenings. And get terrible customer service, had to wait over 20 minutes. For a cold steak, croissant sandwich., also had to wait forty five minutes, for 4 drumsticks . well never go back for anything at this store .

My mum and I were tired of sitting in the queue to buy gas and decided to get out and watch the cars go by. The staff was so rude and racist , threatening to call the cops for two black women just because they stood outside the spinx store at 3.pm without even listening that we just needed to stretch our legs. She was mean yo every black person trying to get gas and was only nice to this white people!!! She turned off the pumps if you were black and disagreed with her!!

Ordered from the deli tonight for me and my son. We stood there for 20 mins waiting for our order. Just to get home and find out they we barely got any fries and my son’s corn dog was still almost frozen…. This could make him sick I will never be doing back to that spinx again. The guy to made our order had black hair… and he had a full beard with no hair net on over it.

Order chicken for the 1st time, 8-pc nuggets. Payed for my order after placing it, and the guy running the register told me how Spinx has the best fried chicken. He was very pleasant. I waited quite awhile for my simple order. I live maybe 5 min away, and my nuggets were not good. 2 of them were hard to bite into, and the others tasted like they had been sitting there for a long time. I will NOT be buying any chicken, or anything else from this Sprinx location.

Went to this location and ordered a pork chop sandwich. I opened the sandwich and immediately noticed it looked like it had been previously made and sat up for a while. The lettuce was so wilted it was dark green and extremely mushy. I simply asked for a fresh piece of lettuce ignoring the sandwich and wrapping looking very messy the wrapper was soaked with mayo that had obviously sat for a while. He then brings the sandwich back with the same lettuce. I got extremely frustrated and requested that they make a new sandwich they then proceed to tell me that the fryer is off because the kitchen had just closed how convenient. So I then requested a refund he said he had to get a cashier. I stood there for 10 minutes before I finally went to look for the cashier myself he was outside emptying the trash. He was very rude and annoyed that I came to get him. He goes to the back and then says he can’t issue a refund because the kitchen is closed. And asked them again to remake my sandwich or give me my money back. The cashier literally walked away and basically dismissed me. At this point I’m heated and told him to call his manager he asked me for what I told him if he didn’t have the authority to refund me then call someone who could. He tells me oh come back in the morning. Again very rude and disrespectful. The whole crew working tonight needs to be fired because they are very unprofessional and disrespectful as crap. The cashier was a short white guy kinda young very rude the 2 cooks were both young an taller white boy with reddish hair and a young black boy all of them were very rude and very unprofessional. Spinx better choose better employees before QT takes them out. It’s like chick fil an and McDonald’s when it comes to the obvious difference in the service provided.
