I’ll be back when you guys bring back regular straws!!! Came in and got a drink turned around and threw it out and walked out when I realized you guys went to paper straws. They are gross and I’ll bring going to QT until yall switch back.

Brand new store. Great location. Car wash, gas, food,ATM, Vacuum, Air and drinks, Handicap accessable entrance and parking.Fried chicken, bakery items and to go salads are available also. Great addition to the area. Near Lowe's grocery and Earth fare on Pelham Road.

I think they gave me a chicken sandwich from yesterday, or maybe it was left out in the Sahara for a little while. I don’t always have that experience when I get food from this particular gas station chain, but I would encourage y’all to do something with your kitchen.

Tanya's is so rude, disrespectful and unprofessional with her mannerism and sarcastic tone of voice. Much product is outdated on the shelves. Not just vendors items. Ten minute cigarette breaks out the back door. Restroom maintenance is ignored. Funny, look down the road and look how busy the competition is. Wonder why? Spinx had more business at the old location on Pelham than it does now. And Tnya is a racist who disrespects the laws of this country.

Brand new store. Right up the road from me so very convenient. Clean and lots of helpful, friendly staff! I am usually a fan of QT for their food, speed of service and low prices. But curiosity got the better of me so I decided to try this new Spinx out. After all they are a local company and I do like to support local. This store is massive and they have so much to offer. Hot fresh food, a whole wall of hot and cold self-serve beverages, and a huge selection of snacks and drinks. I personally loved the fresh fried chicken I got (mango habanero sauce made my tongue tingle lol) and the people here are so friendly. I definitely recommend this location!

Order # 670 I order a combo that includes a fountain drink . unfortunately the drink I wanted was out of order . I asked could I just get a bottle drink instead or remove the fountain drink and buy the bottle . I was told by the manager ben it was cheaper to get a combo. How can you tell someone how they should spend their money ? He then proceeded to raise his voice and tell me I can show you on the screen it’s cheaper to have to combo instead of the dark meat and side. I told him he doesn’t have to show me anything and I will take my food order . He continued to prolong the conversation that I no longer wanted to talk about . I ask for the big boss number but none was provided . I will continue to order my food but check and make sure your fountain drink is available. I am very disappointed that this happen this is my neighborhood gas station but I will keep driving if he is the store . The cooks made me aware of my big order and stated I had to wait which I have no problem doing . Thankful for the crew but the manager is a Hard NO … Thank you Ben

So i would say that the Follow up to my issue was and has been just as bad as the encounter itself, Not only was I called Once but twice . And the Director Manager whomever, Called and attempted to throw in my face that i said "No amount of CHICKEN could fix what happened" We/he agreed to send a gift card of some sort no amount discussed "I've received Nothing" Even on his follow up call it was to say that he didn't save my address asked for it again and still Nothing .. At this point its more of being handled and not respected As i stated and felt that day in the store .I will be calling again ..Have a great day Hello I'll make this quick, I had the worst experience at a Sphinx in my life when I came into the store on 7/20 ,I was treated like a theft and as I was not welcome in the store by Lou is her name. She yelled at me from the counter to pay for my food not allowing me to ask the cook any questions and previously stared at me an my family the entire time as if we were taking things. I informed her that she made me feel unwanted and uncomfortable in the store and was ignored, All while I watched her previously smile with other customers and leave from behind the counter to assist, My order number was 562 as she didn't even give me a full receipt. I called corporate and got no answer but I will be reaching out again

Love saving money at Spinxs with the Spinx app. I refuse to fill up anywhere else. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The stores are always clean and they have great deal’s going on all the time.

Be cautious getting gas at this location. I pulled up to pump 12 and paid at the pump. Before I put the fuel nozzle in my car I was being charged for gas. I was standing beside my car, nozzle in hand and told my son to look at this, the meter already read .10 and I hadn't even got it to my car yet. I went inside to address the issue and the older woman at the register tried to tell me she never pays at the pump (that is her own preference and has nothing to do with being charged without pumping gas), then she tried saying it was probably fuel left in the hose from the previous customer (pump was already stopped and the end of their purchase) I explained to her repeatedly there was no fuel coming out of the hose, it wasn't in the car yet and I had not squeezed the handle. She then told me to just take the charge and move to another pump. I work hard for EVERY penny I have and am sick of people thinking that oh it's .10 no big deal. It's my hard earned money and it's a big deal when it's MY money. I don't like being ripped off and I don't like cashier's treating customers like they are idiots. I will never be back to this store.

I 31 July 2025 I came in to this store for delicious fried chicken at 7:45 pm. I was told the kitchen was closed as the fryers were off. Previously I was told the kitchen closed at 8:00 PM. I guess this store is on a different space time continuum.

An employee came out and said I can’t sit in the parking lot… when I had just got there minutes prior and only stopped there for a short time to order food. Don’t recommend this location there’s better locations with way better customer service as other reviewers have also mentioned.

I visited store #115 on 9/30/25 around 5, thinking I was just stopping in for a nice lunch only to be greeted with pure racism. Jason (the tall guy that’s goin bald) was talking to one of his associates about getting her hair done. In his words “What are you gonna do be GHETTO and get some braids?” As a black woman (with braids) in this political climate, I’m enraged. He then goes on to tell a customer he’s not worried about it. As if what he just said wasn’t blatantly racist. Is this the type of establishment that you’re running? In a world full of hatred and racism it sucks to not even feel safe in a Spinx gas station. I’m so disappointed. Something needs to be done about this. This is not okay. If I were to say “well what are you gonna do be redneck and get a mullet?” Nobody would like that. I pray something is done immediately.
