Terrible job; the windows weren't wiped properly so there were streaks everywhere. There was bird poop on the car before I went there and the same bird poop was on there when I left. Didn't wipe the inside of my vehicle, unless they used a dirty rag; the inside looked worse than when I brought it. I will not go back there. You pay decent money; you'd like a decent job. No one, especially the employees inside the store were friendly. Very bad experience!

I had been going regularly for a couple years. The cleaning job was unpredictable, sometimes good, sometimes not. Then they raised their prices. But, last time, they lost a small part to my car, and when the older male crew member stated that the part was not in my car to begin with, the Supervisor agreed with him even though I know 100% it was there. I pointed it out to another staff when leaving the car because they had lost it before. I was not looking for a replacement, a simple "We can't find it, is there anything we can do" would have been good. I will not go back until a new manager is hired.

Used to come here a lot started coming again will never come back the place took a complete turn for the worst half job done on cleaning vehicles. It's actually a dump. Confused!!! Don't waste your money!!!

Had to take the car back, wheels not clean, strikes of dirt on paint, didn't vacuum back, etc. I paid $39. The second run through got it better but still not like I have received in the past. I have been talking my vehicles there for more than 14 years. The car wash is under a new manager.

They do a great job. I use to only use Autotopia but will now be using splashes. I have a truck so its easy to miss areas when cleaning but it was spotless. $39.99 for truck but worth every penny. Keep up the great work.

Terrible job. By the time we went inside the store to pay and get some change for the tip (5 minutes maximum), they have finished everything and car was in the place to hand wipe. We had so much dirt remained all over the car. specially inside the car. There are a bunch of workers, and for one car a couple of people work together and they showed a very rush to finish the job. When we requested to clean more one worker told "you don't get anything better for $20". We paid $39 for full service. It was just a waste of money. This was our first time and will never go back to this place.

They are amazing, I can't believe that they work no matter how cold it is outside. They always do a great job. They left my windshield wipers on once and it kinda messed up the perfect streak free look they intended. But thats an understandable mess up. It's easy to hit that lever. Their inside cleaning could be better as I found dirt or crums all over the back seat after a more recent visit. But despite it's negatives, It's worth the price 100%. They are really nice, not all English speakers, but a smile given is a smile returned. I really like the workers, very friendly.

It's more expensive than most car washes, but it's worth it for the excellent job they do. The least expensive wash is the Wheel Deal which includes an interior vacuum, an automated exterior wash, and a hand dry and detail including all interior and exterior glass, seats and other interior surfaces. It may not match those $150 detailing, but for $35, I'm happy to pay it.

I paid for a full service and they didn't do a bad job but it could have been better. The windows were not wiped properly. They didn't wipe the inside of my vehicle too well either. I do appreciate the hard work they do but wish they were more attentive.

Came back from a trip to have the car cleaned. I was charged for an oversize car Honda Pilot (never charged before). The back of the car was not vacuumed very well at all. Dirt left in the rubber door seal and on the carpet. Under the front seats weren't cleaned and debris not vacuumed up between the seats and floor area. Center console and door plastic parts were not wiped down and cleaned well. Definitely the worst service I have ever had here.

Pricey for a gas station drive-through car wash with just a little extra hand cleaning and applying plastic trim dressing afterwards. Not particularly fast, you don’t get to stay in your car, someone else drives your car, and not a great waiting area. I did not enjoy hearing the upsell when I just wanted a quick car wash. Quality of work is average. Value doesn’t seem to be there for me.

Please do not waste your money. My rear carpet was dirtier than it was before the car wash. There was red lint on the windows. Door pillars still had leaves and water droplets. Rubber mats were still wet when replaced. I went and got a couple rags and wiped down all door pillars, the front grills which still had soap in ‘em and dried the rubbers mats. I cleaned my car at the car wash after paying them $80. Tires were supposed to be detailed. It is an ad gimmick!! PLEASE GO ELSE WHERE!! I have photos but won’t post them. Take my word for it, RUN!!

I've been coming here for some time now it's always fast and work well done except for a few times now with there what seems like new lead person, my car sat and dried in the sun and by the time they got to it they where drying nothing it would of helped if this lead person would of started it at least but he just stands there. But hopefully it gets better.

Slowest car wash ever. Not sure if they dont have enough staff or if they just move slow (I can say the stand around a lot and chat and look at their phones) or arent set up efficiently (half the crew seemed to go on lunch break at the same time) but a basic wash on a regular summer Saturday took an hour and 15 minutes and there were maybe 8 cars in front of mine to get vacuuming and into the drive through machine and it took 45 min for my car to enter the drive through wash. I get my car washed monthly and have for like 15 years and every other place ive gone in different towns in CA (and other places in Livermore and east bay) and other states take half the time.

I went there today and my car was a mess. I told the guy at the front that I wanted to get the inside cleaned. He quoted me a price, but when I got the car, the seats were dirty and it had not been cleaned in detail. I talked to the manager, and he said I should’ve asked for a detail which I totally understand. The sad part was his attitude. He was rude. He was not validating of the issue. He was defensive and he told me about seven times that he had been there for over 25 years. All I needed was a little kindness and understanding. I chose the wrong service but the attitude and the customer service just was awful. I told him I had been going there for seven years and that I was considering not going back and he told me that was fine if that was my choice just don’t come back. So I won’t . The workers they work really hard and they deserve to have a manager who is customer oriented to support their work T

*posting for my Dad, Francisco" On April 19, 2025, while my truck was being washed, another vehicle came off the railing system and struck the back of my truck. This caused damage to the bumper and tailgate area. The service manager confirmed they had insurance but requested not to involve the insurance company and instead offered to pay out of pocket. He asked me to provide a repair estimate, but when I returned with the quote, he stated it was too high and asked me to get another one. After this, I informed him I would proceed through my own insurance company. As of August 25, I have not received payment for the damages. Based on this experience, I would not bring my vehicles here again.

Update 04/04/25 Still think this is the best place to get my car detailed! They ALWAYS do a fantastic job with my SUV, making it look beautiful! My go to carwash for the last theee years! Excellent place to make my SUV look great! The price is very good considering the number of people working on my car.The detail is exceptional. and the wait area is comfortable! my goto for car care!
