We came to Sport Ortho Urgent Care to follow doctors that we loved when they were in Springfield, TN. Still absolutely love our doctors but the office and reception staff is incapable of correctly doing their jobs. We scheduled physical therapy and a follow up appointment for the first available time they had (which was almost a month out.) We show up for the appointments and they have nothing in the computer. So my injured teenager who has already waited 3+ weeks for physical therapy still can’t have it. We won’t be making this 40 mile one way drive anymore. So sad that we have to stop seeing our long time doctors because the office is incapable of ensuring adequate care to patients by keeping up with appointments.

To obtain any benefit from a medical service you have to first trust in the people offering the service. I have complete trust and confidence in the care provided at Sports Ortho. The staff is phenomenal, especially Emily. She has helped me tremendously with my back and knee pain. If you want results, go to Sports Ortho.

I attended here for physical therapy and it was Absolutely amazing and super helpful! The entire staff and faculty always maintains the upmost professionalism. There’s not many places out there in the medical field like this. Also Amy was incredibly helpful, adapted to my needs and struggles, and was very knowledgeable! They also worked with me on my very complicated schedule. I honestly wish I had found them sooner! Theres not a doubt in my mind that this is the best place in Clarksville for physical therapy! And ask for Amy!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but the quality and service at this facility have declined tremendously. The option to schedule same-day appointments online is completely misleading — they do not allow same-day or advance scheduling despite what their website allows. If you try to book online, your appointment will not be honored. This should be corrected immediately to prevent misleading patients and creating unnecessary frustration especially those with children who may need to be seen for an injury!
They also appear to be severely understaffed, with only one person handling all requests. For a place that calls itself an “urgent care,” this is inaccurate. Sports Orthopedic “Urgent Care” operates more like a standard orthopedic office that requires scheduled visits.
What’s even more concerning is that the staff actually recommends visiting other urgent care centers around. From a business standpoint, that’s a clear red flag. This practice needs to take a serious look at its operations and marketing if it wants to rebuild patient trust.
I will no longer consider this place for my kids or I!

I gave a tow-star rating not because of the doctor’s care, but because of the clinic staff. I experienced significant humiliation, distrust, and false accusations—made even worse by the fact that I recently lost my voice due to laryngitis and couldn’t properly explain or defend myself.
When we arrived, the receptionist told us we had a balance. I typed back that we had never received a bill; our previous appointment was four weeks earlier. She checked the system and, in a condemning tone, claimed, “It’s your copay that you never paid.” I know my insurance very well—we do not have copays because we are on a high-deductible plan. I politely typed a request for a printed statement, and she refused. The entire exchange felt like intimidation and, frankly, attempted money extortion.
She then told us, with noticeable satisfaction, that if we didn’t pay immediately, we would not be seen—denying medical care without explanation. This felt both unethical and unlawful. They scheduled the appointment without mentioning any outstanding balance, yet demanded payment only upon arrival. How difficult would it have been for them to call a day or two beforehand to clarify this?
With no other choice, I paid the amount requested. After the appointment, the same staff member printed a different statement—dated nearly a month earlier—marked “past due.” When I looked at it, I realized I had already paid that bill. I typed this explanation, but she looked at me and replied, “That’s not what the statement says,” clearly pleased with herself. Because I had no voice and no documentation with me, I couldn’t defend myself. It was deeply humiliating.

I had knee pain and was seen immediately. I didn’t have an appointment the first time and was still seen within 15 minutes of walking through the door. My entire appointment was finished in less than 45 mins. I had a diagnosis, a knee brace, and a treatment plan. Since then I have felt a lot better and they’ve continued to keep up with how I’m doing, not recommending a bunch of unnecessary or expensive treatments, just to see if I’m good and make sure there’s no continuing pain. I will definitely return

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Omar and Missi. My son is on the spectrum and Omar made getting care seamless and effortless without me even having to ask. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, understanding, and accommodating. My kiddo removed his own cast twice and they were always able to get us in same-day, right away to get re-casted. Missi did a wonderful job with him every time! Every person we encountered at Sport Ortho was so kind and amazing. They were very flexible when we had to reschedule appointments multiple times due to no fault of their own! Talya was also so kind and personable and we seriously cannot recommend the Sport Ortho team enough! Seriously, do not waste your time with a regular urgent care! If it’s ortho related, this is the place to be!
