Would definitely use Spot on again. My car started smoking like a chimney on my way to work, had to pull over on the side of the road, and had a little freak out. Found Spot's number online and called him. He came to where my car was dead and fixed all my hoses that had ruptured. From an "I'll come to you" emergency service, I was expecting to get raked over the coals on the cost, but his rates are WAY better than any shop you're going to go to. Top notch quality and a really great guy, someone who is out there to help, instead of helping himself. Thanks for saving my car and my wallet!

This guy guy was able to come late at night to diagnose a horrible noise coming from my rear wheel. It turns out I need new new wheel bearings. The next morning in the pouring rain he was able to fix my vehicle right in my driveway. He explained each stop of the process and showed me the broken parts that were replaced. He also crawled under the vehicle and took video to show me what had been done. The prices were fair and cheaper than others around. This man was truly βspot onβ and I will not hesitate to call for my next automotive need

Not all heroes wear cape. My carβs bumper came off in an alley way downtown Tacoma and I had an hour+ drive away from home. This man, Spot, happened to be there fixing another car so I asked for his help not knowing who he really was. Not asking anything in return and he went back to his job. Will definitely ask for his service again as I now know he runs an LLC and of course, will be paying him. Edit: I made it back home safely, another shoutout to Spot! I still canβt believe he happened to be there where my bumper came off and at the right time!

After going somewhere and getting a new engine put in my car and having my transmission serviced, I suddenly started having tranny issues, the shop I went to said I needed a new transmission which I thought was strange because I didnβt have any previous issues with it before , I went to another place and they didnβt know what was wrong either. However I called spot on and this man really knows his stuff he, told me to check the tranny fluid levels, which the shop told me they had , but I checked and he was totally right it was bone dry! He came by my house filled the tranny and also noticed my mount was loose because that other shop was missing a bolt they hadnβt put in! Not only is my car already shifting better but he also is very reasonably priced and doesnβt nickel and dime you like every other shop Iβve been too, I highly recommend spot on for all your car trouble needs

This guy is awesome. We hit a deer this evening (6-23-23) on Rainier Rd around 8:00pm. Cars were flying by us at mach speeds, some not even moving over. We were there for around 15 minutes before one car stopped to see if we were ok. My husband said we were good and thanked them. Then THIS wonderful man showed up, bent our fender back out so we could limp our car home. He was friendly, honest and definitely knew his way around a car! He didnβt even want us to give him anything for his time. Thank you, Spot! If not for you, weβd probably still be waiting for a tow truck and hoping some crazy person didnβt run into us.

I am so thankful for these guys!! My tires got slashed in some random neighborhood, and COINCIDENTALLY one of their employers, I think βspotβ, stopped by and asked if we were good. Me and my friends told him my tire was slashed, and he changed my tire all for free. Seriously, such a nice guy and he changed it very well, even explained some things to me and I got home just safe. They did all of this no charge, and I will for sure be heading to their company. Iβm so thankful!!!!
