Never go to this place, they are cheat, especially the front desk guy/manager (Ajmal). I went there to check the maintenance light of my daughter's car. He told me to leave the car with my phone number, he would call me and say what the problem is and they would only work when I ask him to work, otherwise no work would be done. I waited for 3 hours, there was no call. So I went to the workshop again and then the manager said that they were about to call me! Anyway, they informed me that the engine oil was in very bad condition so they changed the oil! I informed him that the engine oil was changed before 3 months from the same workshop and I checked the oil today before coming to the workshop and the oil was in good condition. When I asked why they didn't call and take my permission to change oil, the guy named Ajmal told me that they were ready to call me but couldn't call because he was out of workshop, so they just changed the oil. But they were not supposed to change oil without asking me. Later when I showed the invoice and work order of last engine oil change, he denied that the handwriting was not his, but the invoice was from the same workshop! This is a place of cheat, do not go there for any work.

I was looking for a place to have my oil changed near work. I called on a Wednesday asking if I could make an appointment for an oil change. I was told they don't take appointments and to call prior to coming over and they would let me know if they're available. I called today (Thursday) before my lunch break and asked if I could come over now to get my oil changed and was told yes. I drive there and am told, NOPE, we can't do your oil change now. What a waste of time. There are many other places in this area for an oil change; don't waste your time on these folks. Customer Service = F!

Do not Star Smoke inspection here!!! Expensive and ribed off customer. I paid $60 to Visual Fail by PCV leaking problem that pass by other place same day just clean up without replacement PCV &Tube. They said smoke test will pass after pay $300 to fix oil leak. I paid $45+$10 pass fee other shop. Do not trust this shop!!!!

Scammers. Took my car to charge air conditioning and lost pressure within hrs due to a leak. Instead of checking for leaks first, they load it knowing it's not gonna hold so they do it twice and charge u for it. Second time, took a different car for same reason. After I took it back because it was not working, they claim it was a part in dashboard that was bad $400. I asked him to show me the bad part and they said they couldn't because it was already out back together and not accessible. Crooks!

Will never bring my car back here for smog again. I decide to try this place out due to an internet coupon. Usually, a smog station will do a quick test with a portable OBD scanner to see if your car is ready for a test. This place will not do that, so even if your car is not ready you are hooked into paying for the test. I failed twice due to the cat not being ready yet after a battery change. The best part is the owner brag to me how he charge another customer still at the shop $106 due to the same issue. Once my car was ready for testing I took it to my usual Smog guy, worth the extra few bucks to not risk getting gouged.

I truly recommend this place. I come here for as little as regular oil changes. To smog services and all mechanical repairs on my car and my husbands car. The owner is very honest, reasonable. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else. Now and days you cant find honest mechanics. But i can truly trust these workers. I will continue being a regular customer. 👍👍👍

Brought my car in for smog, was out of there in 15 min.. the workers let the owner know that my brakes were low and that i needed a valve cover gasket replaced.. so i came back a few weeks later with the same quotes they gave me.. honored both quotes for the brake and gasket, beat all other quotes.. picked up my car engine looking brand new. A1 Job! Will recommend any BMW owners to try this shop out before paying and arm n leg elsewhere..

SMOG CHECK Came in with no appointment or anything and they serviced my car quickly. The smog experts got right to it. The waiting area was neat and clean as well as the bathrooms. The cashier was welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. He made recommendations on things to fix on my car.( WITHOUT being pushy like ALL other places) snacks and drinks are available in the waiting area. Covid-19 guidelines are being followed perfectly.

I came in for smog inspection and that was completed in 15 min. After they inspected my car, during the smog check completion, Jimmy informed me that my brakes and transmission fluids were low and that they could do it in 20 mins with a discounted price. So, i accepted and got it done a long with the smog. Jimmy also gave me a list of other items that need to be done (I have an old Volvo) and quoted me a discounted price to bring the car back later in the week. I Will highly recommend any older car owner to try this shop out before over paying. They offer excellent customer service and truly show care for your car. I was extremely satisfied and will now come here for any future mechanic services. Thanks, jimmy and the whole team.

Went for a smog test and also got the fuel injectors cleaned (I use cheap gas and noticed that my mileage wasn't so good). They were fast, helpful and friendly and their pricing is very reasonable. Also, their waiting area is large, comfortable and CLEAN!!! I highly recommend their services

The sign looks like a Korean shop, but it's owned by an Indian guy. We're Koreans and we have done business with others in the area, including our respective dealers. However, my husband and I now only do business with this shop as their work is very reliable and prices fair. Let's make sure honest and good shops like this survive. This is a shop you can surely trust. Even the smog check was so easy and simple!

If I could give BB star auto shop zero stars, I would. My recent experience with this establishment was nothing short of a nightmare. After entrusting them to replace my cracked front car windshield, I was met with incompetence, dishonesty, and utter disregard for customer service. The problems began immediately after the windshield replacement. To my dismay, the new windshield started leaking profusely whenever it rained. When I contacted them to address this issue, they assured me they could fix it and instructed me to come in. However, upon arriving with my wife, ready to get the problem resolved, I was met with the excuse that the technician responsible for repairs was mysteriously unavailable that day. How convenient, wasted of my time and energy. Their lack of accountability and blatant disregard for my time was appalling. Instead of owning up to their mistake and offering a solution, they nonchalantly brushed me off and asked me to come back another day. This pattern of deception and incompetence continued each time I interacted with them, with promises made and broken without hesitation. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for BB auto shop. They have no qualms about taking your money and delivering subpar workmanship, only to leave you stranded with a faulty windshield and empty promises. Save yourself the headache and avoid this establishment like the plague.

I went there for smog test. I ask for prize and he said 70 dollar for all. And i said ok. When he done. He charged me 80 dollar and said 10 dollar was fee. And there is no fee on receipt or anything. Be aware from these type of cheap people.
