I was promised treatment like a King. Some special vehicle Program was sent to me threw email. I attached it in the photos below. Spoke with sales rep on phone. Guranteed!guranteed! guranteed. Who was really nice by the way. Drove over an hour to get there. Sales rep on the phone told me to ask for Ivan once I arrive. This is who my "APPOINTMENT"is with. Once I arrived The man at the front door outside shook my hand. I told him I had a "APPOINTMENT" with Ivan. He then told me to come this way and have a seat. The man then walked in a glass walled office where Ivan and his friends were looking out of with BIG SMILES on there faces back at me. The Man comes back out and states that Ivan is "BUSY" And I was thrown to the Rookie salesman. Who had no idea about the WONDERFUL BBQ payment reduction program. BAD BUSINESS buy a Chevy elsewhere.

I can't comment on the repairs yet because even though my truck has been there since 8/23/21 14:30 they've chosen to admire it from afar I guess thinking that It'll repair itself so I'm headed to dealership now 8/30/21 9:00 hopefully I'll be able to return the rental car soon 😭😭🤔

Awful service. Poor to nonexistent communication on a 2020 vehicle in for service for something they failed to disclose and detect in the multipoint inspection. They sold my husband a lemon. These "professionals" handed him poor service and sarcasm on a platter. Didn't even care one bit about the trouble they've caused our family and the danger they put is in with this faulty 2020 Truck we purchased. The entire experience from Sales to Service needs a total revamp. Literally, every single touchpoint in our service journey was the absolute worst I have ever encountered as a consumer. We will be contacting corporate.

Ridiculously slow service even with appointment. They have had our truck for two weeks without even diagnostics complete yet. We are only there for the warranty. We will never buy a Chevy again.

Customer service is horrible. Still waiting on tag, price change at the last second due salesman error. Nobody is available to talk ever. No call back after leaving voice mails. I hate to be that guy, but they are trash.

The Service Department was Excellent ! Reid really took care of me and made me feel comfortable to know is was only going to take care of what was needed. I've had many horror stories being a single woman in this area. I know they are doing the right thing by me and my car. I would definitely recommend the ladies in Metro Atlanta to take their car there for True Service!

Bought my car here a couple of years back started bringing my car at the dealer for a engine light on first time was perfect got my car in and out second time brought it in for an oil change However this time they took 2 hours in a half to give me the car. I decided to go back and give them another chance since he did apologize and gave me a small discount. This third time was it for me, I waited 3 hours for a simple oil change. On top of that my vehicle was ready and the guy was no were to be found so my keys were at his desk for another 20 minutes. No apology, whatsoever my time is precious too. I'm very upset and disappointed I will never go back to this dealer.

Dropped my car off Friday morning for a minor concern. By Saturday morning there was NO communication from them. After reading some other reviews I became concerned about this lack of communication so I made 3 attempts to get info Saturday. All failed so I told them I'm coming to get my car. They hadn't even looked at the issue yet. To top it off, a woman in front of me Saturday had her car there for a major brake concern since Thursday and they hadn't even looked at her car, either. Absolutely will not return for any reason to this dealer.

We stopped in the area for gas and an ‘environmental’ break. Returned to the car still at the gas pump - ugh wouldn’t start. We still had about 500 miles to go. Called this dealership. They worked us in, found root cause, fixed it, and on the road again. Brandon kept us up to date on the progress. Todd helped us reset functions and the convertible top after battery was replaced. So thankful for the great service!

I had to perform my first maintenance on my C8 Corvette, and was struggling to find a location that could take me in at short notice, as I also had a nail in my tire, and along came the Service Department at Steve Rayman Chevrolet! Their friendly and courteous staff were awesome! Everyone was so polite and helpful! I must say, My Service Advisor, Alexandria “Alex,” was a total rockstar; seeing my service through final completion! This is now my dealership of choice! Thanks Team!!

I am not often one to write positive reviews, but I felt my experience with Brandon Black at Steve Rayman Chevrolet was worth a positive review. I came in with a leaking sunroof. I had previously contacted other auto shops and dealers, but was given the runaround. Brandon and his team stuck with me though the entire process. They worked with me every step of the way to make sure I was well informed, and that I was getting the best deal possible. This is the only dealership that I have ever felt comfortable trusting my repairs and service to. Everyone that I encountered at Steve Rayman Chevrolet was kind, attentive, and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location!

This is by and large the worst service experience I have had in my life with car service. Not only will that not contact you back, they are completely unaware and uninterested in your needs when you do reach out. It has been over 3 weeks of trying to contact their office and have my issues addressed, but at multiple points my assigned service manager has just walked into his office and not returned. My fix still hasn’t been addressed.

They are scammers. They force me to buy a maintenance package worth $4650. When I brought the car in a weekly later because the tires were getting soft they told me they no longer service that. twice I went back for other services they said was covered and I got the same word not covered.

I own several cars and have owned several other cars in my lifetime (Honda, BMW, Ford, Oldsmobile, Porsche, Tesla, Chevrolet, Jeep, Dodge, Toyota, Maserati) and this is by far the worst dealership for service. It doesn't matter how many times you spell out the reson you are there they will not get it right. I took my car in for the Tire Monitor System light being on and had a full 35 min conversation about the light coming on after the dealership "fixed" the problem a couple months ago with the service writer and the light coming back on and they still didn't even bother to check it out THE WHOLE REASON I TOOK IT THERE.

came in for a simple oil change and it took them three hours to complete… Hi, I drive a 2015 Chevy Silverado Somewhat high but what can you expect from A 10 year-old car. Checked in at 1:22 PM and did not leave until after four. They could not give me a price Before work I spent over $150 for an oil change and the tire rotation. Is this normal I’m not tripping

Went in for a scheduled oil change and 1 hour and 50 minutes later was told they are working on it. Then was told I needed a new battery. Did not leave there until after 3 hours. The price was above the quoted $350 for the new battery so Zach took the extra off making some excuses that they did something extra. Then I was charged $37.00 miscellaneous cost and I was told it was for cleaning off oil and brake fluid and adding some fluid . Nothing specific and not itemized in the bill. They also charge 3% for credit card use I won’t return here again .

If I could give 0 stars I would!! Worst service I have ever experienced. I brought my 2017 Chevy Trax in for its 75k mile maintenance and for an issue with an overheating engine. I was assured it was an issue with a fan, that it was replaced, and that I wouldn’t have any other issues. After paying $2000 at Steve Rayman, a month later my engine was overheating even worse than before while I was on vacation in Florida. I took it to Schumacher Chevy in West Palm to find out that my water pump and ac hose needed replacing, things that should have been identified and fixed a month prior. The service rep in West Palm could not believe it. I paid an additional $3000 in West Palm to fix the exact issue I was having beforehand. I attempted to contact Steve Rayman service and was told multiple times that the manager would call me back. I never heard back. Needless to say, I will never be coming back here again!

Dropped off for an air bags recall and diagnostic, it took nearly 4 months of holding my truck to tell me that they are unable to fix engine and still charged $200 for a diagnostic fee after keeping my truck for so long. They also broke my dash when they replaced the airbag for recall and didn’t replace the broken trim. I would rate Steve Rayman Chevrolet 0/100.
