Excellent work. Upfront pricing. 3-yr Steve’s warranty on all installed parts. Thorough explanation of findings WITH photos of your vehicle AND printouts to review at home with no pressure to make a decision in person. Findings categorized in order of importance/safety and need for repair. Electronic communication and approval of repairs. (Or via phone/in person). I have taken my vehicle’s to Doug’s - now Steve’s for years. I can’t recommend them enough. I have an 2006 Subaru Outback with 114k miles. They completed all services/repairs in a matter of DAYS and at the price quoted. No kidding, my vehicle drives LIKE NEW! Shout out to service advisor, Chip. He was personable and professional. I am from Salt Lake City. I was in St. George for a soccer tournament. My blinker went out in my expedition while there. I had the lightbulb but no tools with me. I pulled up to Steve’s automotive and asked if they could help me. The guy at the desk went right away and got Rick and he came right out and changed out my light bulb for me in a matter of minutes! I was so grateful for them to take the time to help me. I had already stopped at a place close by and they wouldn’t help me. Steve's Automotive seems to care about their customers and the quality of work they do on your car at a fair price, what more can you ask? I've only used them once so far. I have a 10 year old Mercedes that I love and have always taken it to the Mercedes dealership for service, but they have gotten a little more expensive than they need to be, so I will try Steve's Automotive for my next service. My first visit was pleasant and affordable. I have a good friend who owned a used car dealership for many years and he was the one that recommended Steve's Automotive.

Transmission motor mount had deteriorated on my 2001 Saab 9-3throigh the help of both Chip and Dennis in the service office, I was able to get it diagnosed, part ordered, and repaired in a short time. I think Don in the service area repaired it. They provided pictures of the issue, quote for repair and timeline. Very transparent and pleasant to work with. They provided an inspection of issues and potential issues with priority for free.
