I couldn’t be happier! I took my 2007 Chevy Silverado Duramax to Mike and crew with exhaust issues and lack of power. They took the time to educate me on the situation and were very knowledgeable and professional. The work they did was excellent. My truck has more power now, shifts better, and drives better than it did when it was new. I highly recommend this business for any diesel or automotive needs you may have.

Extremely impressed by this shop. Coming from a car background sadly I typically know more then the tech working on my truck at a shop. Not here, these guys know their stuff! I had this shop install a new turbo on my truck. The company I purchased from did not supply all of the parts. They also did not supply the tune I had purchased. Mike came thru with manufacturing the missing part and downloading a tune so that I could get my truck on the road. This shop went way above making me a satisfied customer.

I’ve known the guys here for quite some time now. I normally turn my own wrenches but of course my life is like the shoe maker’s and I normally don’t have the time for the upkeep of my personal vehicles. This would be the ONLY shop to ever touch any of my vehicles. Mike is super knowledgeable in just about every make. If there’s something he’s not familiar with he’ll spend hours educating himself before he attempts to tackle a repair or even diagnosis. Hands down the best repair facility in all of Pasco and Hernando counties combined!!

As usual Mike and his team took great care of my vehicle! They provided the absolute best top notch service! They are so informative and explain everything. Car repair and upkeep can be very stressful and as a mechanics daughter mechanic shops scare me, my dad passed away two years ago and I am here to say Mike and his team at stirling auto make me feel just as comfortable and safe with them working on my vehicle as my dad did! I trust them so much so that I now have my son and my mom going there and I would recommend them to anyone else that asks! His prices are great and the honest go way above and beyond what any place does! This shop is my forever doctors for my vehicles!! I appreciate them so much! Oh let’s not forget when something comes there way that they don’t have the exact expertise in they refer you to equally amazing places. Brought my dodge ram here a year ago due to a belt break , had to get alot of stuff replaced. I received the truck back and the engine fan (was one of the items replaced) kept running and would never shut off. Brought it back in and still had the problem tried bringing it back a third time but they never called me back ( i left over 30+ voice-mails over a year period)or would not take it back in for the needed repairs and now my A/C is going out because of it. Take your truck anywhere else. I have receipts and records as proof. Now beacuse I posted this 1 star review they are finally willing to look at my truck again. My husband no longer trusts this company to look at our vehicle due to the poor response and service. Response to owners 2nd Response I have a video recording of my picking up my truck and your technician stating that the fan was running and that could potentially lead to ac issues the second pick up time due to the issues with the first pickup. We even talked to what I assume was your wife in the front office who offered to drive me back to my house for the inconvenience. Please don't act like your company didn't know the issue with my truck. I was recording on my phone just incase your company wanted to say that yall had no issue later. I would also like to ask why the owner didn't return one of the 30+ messages I left over the past year until I left this review? Now you are acting like you did all the work right when your technician at the time stated he new it was running both times and couldn't figure it out and they would get me back in and call me and never did(recorded on video. I have no confidence in your company anymore I'm just warning people of my honest and true experience

So this is a review with that will have an updated review! Very helpful, knowledgeable, professional... and HONEST!!! They gave me all options available to me and allowed me to make my choice that best fits me. After the diagnostic testing was completely finished, Mike and James both went over the findings and gave me all my options. As a mechanic daughter, I was always scared to go have any diagnostic testing done! Well no need to fear with the gentlemen at sterling automotive!!! They will give you complete honesty! I am scheduled to have my work done Thursday 9/3/2020 so I will update review, just for future customers to see confirmation!! Thank you Sterling Automotive!! Ok update car is perfect!! They did a wonderful job and retested everything, showed me the brand new part!! So honest and did an amazing job! Thank you sterling auto!!

I am so grateful for the incredible care and very professional customer service I received here. I have taken my truck to the dealerships around here and not only was I ripped off by them, but they took weeks to fix my truck on things that should have been an easy fix and only taken a day or two at most. Half the time it seemed they didn't even know what they were talking about. My husband had to bring things up, and they still had no clue what they were talking about. All I know is I will never go back to a dealership again. Stirling Auto was godsent. I heard of them through word of mouth, and when I looked them up I saw the amazing reviews that they have. Well clearly there's a reason for that because not only did they prove to me They knew what they were doing, but I got my truck back in a timely manner and I don't think it ever ran better! They did everything that it needed, and I am so thankful they were able to get me back on the road within the same week! They gave great detail to what was done, and explained everything to me without rushing me out the door. I am very satisfied with the work they did on my truck, I hope they're around for a very long time! We need more honest mechanics like this who don't rip people off, care, and do the work! April 1,2025. Worked on my 2014 F350 6.7 diesel regarding an oil leak on a Jasper Engine (warranty issue). Stirling and the diesel mechanics were spot on. They were great and explained everything they were doing. I will definitely will be taking it back when I have issues.
