My car decided to need a repair before my 30th birthday so emotions were high trying to figure out what to do. When I say Corey was God sent because he was able to get my car in, tell me what the repair was, and have my car ready for pickup in such a timely fashion. There will never be enough words to thank him and his team, but if you need your car checked out, no run arounds and great customer service, please ask for Corey and he will have you and your car back on the road. ANYTHING EVERTHING
This place is the upcharge of hell they will overprice anything! I got work done to my engine over a month ago they had my car for 2 weeks no communication what so ever I had to constantly harass them to get an update and even then THEY NEVER TOLD ME WHAT WAS WRONG THEY NEVER SENT A WORK ORDER OR A RECEIPT AND ITS BEEN OVER 2 MONTHS PLEASE IF U GO TO THIS PLACE AVOID ROBERT AT ALL cost and if u could just avoid the business all together

Went to have my oil changed and tires rotated scheduled this 2 weeks out. So when I my wife arrived to get this done they informed her it might take longer because their usual oil technician was not in today. End of story it took 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation! Needless to say we will never go back and we will never think about buying a vehicle from there.

I went for a new key to be made for 2013 Fusion. 1hr and no key, I wa told tech was inexperienced, come @9am tomorrow, and ready in 1 hr. Took all day, and no one would tell the truth (broken key cutter) for the 1st 2 hrs. When I finally got my key at 4:30pm, the bill had an extra charge of $40 for shop supplies!?! My key was already $370!!! I refused to pay it, and they removed it after much conversation, but the whole experience was TERRIBLE!!!
