today we went to stripes in Midland we went to go look at the hot chocolate they didn't have hot chocolate as we're walking to the register the purchase some chips the clerk assume that we were doing something in the bathroom we were just at the the coffee and hot chocolate machine he had the nerve to accuse us were doing something to the bathroom man I got very upset I thought he was joking at first first of all we were not in the bathroom we should know better than accuse us of doing something those restrooms at stripes are so unsanitary and it's just so wrong it's not even right that bastard

this is a nasty store. The offee area is sticky & dirty and the breakfast area is dirty & stinks. I'm not from here but wont be back to that location. Location #2279 is AMAZING! The coffee bar is the bomb! Food perfecto

I think I need to call the Midland Co Health Department. Cold food (Pudding) left out at a register, then put back in the vending refrigerator to be resold? Hmm. Just bought a ehhh lukewarm to cold burrito from their hot counter. Potatoes underdone, beans cold, and why oh why do you dust the tortillas with flour?! My grandmother is rolling in her grave. It leaves a floury residue on your lips everytime you bite into it. Laredo should be ashamed to associate their name with an product as sub par as this.

Clerk REFUSED to cash a $200 winning ticket at this location.. Spoke with manager, I explained that the TX Lottery website states that retailers are to cash winning tickets up to $599, she still refused & stated that her store policy was to limit winning ticket redemption to $100 only & that since my ticket was for $200, I needed to take my winning ticket elsewhere to be redeemed.. I went to Kent Kwik at 4400 W Illinois Ave Midland TX 79703 & they were happy to cash my winning ticket.. TX Lottery needs to revisit their policies with this manager since they will not comply with TX Lottery requirements..

Went to go get crispitos (cause you know I’m pregnant and was craving it), not only was the food not that great. I was confused by how they got the food (if it was them or I who grabbed it, I’m from North Texas so they always did). Then the ladies proceeded to make fun of me TO MY FACE. Asking me who the hell they looked like and if I was joking. And it only got worse from there...so yeah dingy, not very friendly, and had a upset stomach after. Go to a better stripes.

I do not eat the food from their kitchen but I do frequent the place for other things and I always get a friendly greeting and the nicest cashiers. There are a lot of places around here where they do not even say one word to you, not even a total at times you just have to look yourself. Not one hello or anything. I love the customer service at this location.

Depending on what time you go, and who you get will determine how your experience is. Occasionally in the mornings, there is a gentleman that is AMAZING! He’s super nice, helpful, and talkative. He is the only good thing about this location. Otherwise, all the other employees ignore you, and act exacerbated at having to do your job, which you basically have to force them to do. They don’t communicate what your total is unless you ask, won’t ask if you want a bag or receipt, nothing.

I have to say that my daughters and I really enjoying coming to this store. They have always been friendly and if they don’t have something made such as coffee or food they do not mind making some. I can see that they really enjoy the job and it’s just not just another paycheck for them. Good job!! To all the employees that work at this store. Keep up the good work.
